when the servers are down what do you do for fun?

i personally find myself at a loss
i'll browse tumblr sometimes, catch up on the latest anime/manga, maybe even bluster through a game of league
though i really should be working on my art commissions.....:p

what about you guys?

Work, not fun though.

Make threads asking about what people do with their leisure time when servers are down.

depends if I have the day off, if I have school, or what other games/movies are out. At the moment I'm just rendering a little space animation I made in Maya, Watching TV, reading The Alchemist.

Lately when servers are down for maintenance i've been playing FFIV. I just did the Excalibur side quest for Cecil.

Checking out puzzle games on the App Store and catching up on some DVR.

FFXI, anime.

Do some homework, periodically check for the patch notes, watch TV or youtube videos, play old games. If I had school I'd be there... but unfortunately my break ends tomorrow =/

Considering the usual maintenance for me is about the time I go to bed.... I sleep.
But on non-usual downed servers.... Forums, Youtube, chat, 'Don't Starve', anime, Warriors Orochi 3 (esp after a bad day... which is often)... sometimes cook/bake/experiment recipes/ideas o_O... dat shredded chicken BBQ waffle iron panini..... *_* .......I digress. o_o I used to tool leather more often half a year ago, than I do now, so I guess I can't really count that.

"derp around or cook" about sums it up.

Civilization V, currently.

At the moment, I'm playing Freedom Wars after picking it up a few days ago, catching up on my anime, and just relaxing before going to work

I spent the last four hours baking cookies. Now I'm gonna go blow up some ships in Assassin's Creed 4.

Then I'll probably crash so I can get up early for the patch. :3

Either splurge on the 'Sims 3', entertain in some Smite, or check my backlog of Steam games that I've barely put 5 minutes into.

Been going back and forth on PSX games. On FF7, I don't have any of my old saves anymore and wanted to toy with gold saucer/choco racing again before it comes out on XIV - see if i can spot any hidden easter eggs. Then Azure Dreams cause its simplistic yet addictive as every run is entirely different in the tower.

Normally I'm asleep when the servers are down. If I'm not though, and I'm not at work, I usually try to catch up on other games I've been neglecting. Tonight though I think I'm just going to watch a few episodes of Criminal Minds and then go to sleep.

I'm almost always at work or sleeping during maintenance :P Lucky me I guess, because the moment I step home I get to download the patch and play right after I finish napping :3

I decided to finally make an account here during the server down time. Don't know how much time I'll spend on these forums, but hey, it's something.

Reading real word new, reading forums, rereading prelim patch notes, getting myself ready to see the forum flood once the patch goes live for all of the praises/complaints to come - and hoping to stay out of all of them! Reading only!

At the moment, catching up on BBC's The Musketeers (so far, I like it alright, but I'm not sure it's gonna hold my attention for good, it's still a bit uninspired 2 eps in).

And eventually sleeping.

Got off work a while ago so I'll go take a power nap for 4 hours in about 30mins and wake up for the patch.

In my opinion Musketeers gets way better. One of my favorite shows.
