Ticket Sales Are Now Closed!

In an effort to extend our Free Company activities with the rest of the server, PACT will be hosting a server wide lottery. ALL proceeds going back to the community. The ticket money will be distributed to the three winners as follows: 1st Place 70% - 2nd Place 15% - 3rd Place 15%
Rules and details:
-This post will be updated with the current pool and all ticket purchases for transparency purposes
-Tickets are 10k per ticket
-Limit has been placed at 20 tickets per person
-Tickets can be purchased from: Lukah Latheine, Paris Omnia, or Zenobia Qi (These three members are not eligible to participate in the lottery)
-Lottery will run from January 15th - January 24th
-Drawing will be held via live stream on Saturday January 24th
-Drawing will be done using random.org
-Details on the live stream and time will be posted before the drawing
-Lastly if anyone has any suggestions on the lottery, ideas, raffle, or would like to co-host a future event please get in touch with any of our officers: Lukah Latheine, Paris Omnia, or Zenobia Qi
-If this becomes popular we would like to host this on a more frequent basis

*Upon further discussion we have set a limit at 20 tickets per person to avoid monopolization of tickets
Details on the drawing:
- The drawing will be livestreamed through: http://www.twitch.tv/draken3x
- Ticket sales will be closed on Saturday the 24th at 5:00pm EST / 2:00 PST
- The drawing will take place at 8:00pm EST / 5:00 PST
- The video of the drawing, as well as the winners will be posted on the forums with the amount each winner won.
- All winners will also be contacted in game - Video of the money trade will also be taken for reference sake.
Specifics of the drawing:
- We will go over the full money pot, tickets sold and how much each winner will get.
- As per our video, 3 winners will be chosen. If a winner comes up that already won we will roll again. (Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qk94qWzU5_s )
- After the stream ends we will highlight the drawing but also link to the full video in case anyone wants to watch it (which will also include the verification of tickets sold and the verification that each name has input the correct amount of times).

There have been some questions and concerns regarding this lottery and what is the "catch". There are no catches. With more people quitting the game or transfering off from Coeurl due to low inactivity, We (PACT) feel we have to do our part in nurturing the community that we have left to bring it even closer. With this goal in mind, we have planned out some server wide events, the first of which, is the server wide lottery. We aren't making any money from this (not 1 gil) and the three officers organizing it are not eligible to participate. The only thing we are adding is the legwork to do something fun for the server, and in hopes, to give us that sense of community we once had months ago. I can completely understand the hesitation in handing money over to someone you dont know but if you ask around you will find out that we have been on the server since launch and this isn't the first time we attempt an event at a server scale.
