I mean you have to kill a bunch of 50 toads and bats to get through the cave. Its pretty difficult solo. do you get anything special for completing it? Has anyone actually completed it?

why u need to go there?
why not. I like experiencing every part of the game. It just seems really out of place. I tried to solo tonight as mrd but got toad aggro and sucked into the middle of like 5 mobs and owned by a bats ws.
Will try again when i wake up as mrd for the first half and then archer for the cave. Going to take out the 3 fire elementals, then take out 2 mobs, push the bomb a bit, take out fire elementals again from a distance, etc. And going to take out toads first to avoid pull-in agro.
Presumably, tis a challenge for ye Rank 50 peoples.
SE did it on purpose so you could come to the board and make another complaint thread.
Hm...interesting.
This needs an investigation, Saddle up ppl we're going to town on a bunch of toads!
Thx for tip Azury!

They did it...... BECAUSE!
Hi, the reward from completing the summer event in Coerthas are Black Ash
You need three of them in order to get the last Golden swimsuit!
The total ashes you need for it:
3 Red Ash
3 Blue Ash
3 Green Ash
3 Black Ash
You mean Falcon's Nest? You get the same Black Ash as you do in Owl's Nest.
The reward is just a Black Ash, you need it to get the last swimsuit like others mentioned. You can also get it on the other coerthas hamlet, and it's much easier there.
However, soloing the Camp Riversmeet one without clearing the cave before calling the bomb is amusingly hard.
HARDCORE SWIMSUIT RUN, SLEEP THE GNATS
but theres like no achievement for doing the bomb run in every location or anything like that right?
No there is no achievement. They literally did it, just as an option for people that specifically wanted a challenge. It is completely unnecessary.
For now it is. There may yet be a phase two in this event, as there was with hatchingtide.
