How to Cancel a wedding?

I already schedule the wedding for tomorrow. If for some reason I dont want to marry, How would I reset the quest in case later I would like to marry someone else?

I think you just have to not go.

If you don't show up, the quest probably doesn't complete. Heck, they've even put the option in to walk out the door partway through the ceremony, if you're the kind of cold-hearted bastard to leave their beloved on the altar.

But you can also annul the marriage afterwards simply by discarding the ring, although you have to wait 30 days first iirc.

Speak to the Sanctum Acolyte near where the quest starts, you can cancel the marriage by speaking with him. You will lose both bracelets and have to repurchased them from Mogstation. GM will not restore them.

im having to cancel my wedding even with out a date due to other person now just wanting to be friends ok ill lose the bracelets but will i lose the dress.

if you go through with the eternal bond it's 10 days after and you turn in the rings.

You'd be surprised. one of my FC members has been complaining about wanting the chocobo, but refuses to do it because "it gives rings, that's wedding. Even if you do just the friend ceremony, it's not meant just for friends" It's stupid. Granted me and my wife did the thing together, but that was mainly cuz we both wanted the dress and chocobo and stuff, and there was no one else that really plays with us enough to make the teleport worthwhile lmao.

I doubt you can cancel so people won't abuse it and sell their time slots.
