I remember being able to instantly log out/exit the game when in a Sanctuary...
Now I'm stuck waiting an additional 20 sec during which clicking on the "OK" box does nothing.
Is it currently buggued or working as intended?

If you change zone and then try to logout it won't have that timer. Probably because you synch when you change zones.
Just wait the 20 seconds it won't kill you. Reminds me of those pathetic warriors who scream macros and spit fire at healers for not esunaing them during pacification. -

Isn't it usually instant in map where you can't get attacked by a monster ( so only city states and instanced areas such as the 7th dawn HQs or inn room and not sanctuary on map where there are monsters ) ? i usualy just alt F4 personally.

Been like this for me ever since I bought the game in April. If its saving/synching data, I wouldn't kill the process as it could corrupt something, then that 20 seconds wouldn't have been so bad.
