For me it's Machinist, it's the obvious choice for someone waiting for a ranger class :P

Astrologist

Dark Knight & Machinist. I don't really like magic type characters, especially healing.

Probably Dark Knight and Astrologian. Machinist seems very cool, but the turret part heavily turns me off. Every time I see an MMO with an engineer-esque class that uses turrets, I go =/
But I'll still give it a chance, of course.

Edit: Didn't name only one because DOWN WITH THE SYSTEM.

Depending on my character, I'd say top off my main's level first, then try Astrologian after some heated rp towards it (if DNC ever comes out, that'll be her go-to heals then). With one of my alts, she'll be going DRK until SAM comes out (if it ever does). The guy of my trio'll just stay SCH, but it depends on RP.

What happened to "name the one" people?

Dark Knight.

I will level all 3 of them, but history has taught me that leveling a dps class takes a long time if there is no FATE zerg. So I will level a Machinist first then level the remaining two.

Machinist <3

Machinist most likely followed by Astrologian then Dark Knight last.

For right now, I'm going to say Dark Knight. :)

I'll really need to see all three in action, but Machinist isn't dual wield and I do already have a DPS role mained, so wouldn't be a bad idea for me to level up a tank or healer.

Astrologist, I'm just not sure if I like the Orb part of their weapon. The deck of cards is a great idea though :) Which is why Dark Knight gets the vote for this poll.

Damn I'm torn between that and Dark Knight lol. I'll have to play both to see which one I prefere :D

I prefer DRK, because, you know, it's S0 D4rk!
But Astrologist and Machinist look cool too. In the end it's the gameplay that will chose if I main one or not.

Astrologist!

Astrologian seems like the one that would likely appeal to me the most. <3

Debaiting on Astrologian or Dark Knight first. As nice as the DD would be, I'm not giving up my Bard for it (I'm limiting myself to four jobs to gear out: Tank, Healer, Melee DD and Ranged DD). Depends on how the Astrologian plays, will be intresting. We'll see if i give up Sch for it (and the joy of doing a new relic).

I wanted to go astrologist because Orran, but well, my gf saw the astrologian trailer and well... Let's say I have to wait a bit ;D

I'll go for DRK probably. I got a strong "Gaius, are you still alive ?" feeling while watching the trailer and I want to see more.

i'll be doing machinist 1st due to all the fresh tanks and healers that will be lvling too, dps ques may actually be at their best for a while!

Astrologian! I main healer anyway, but I love the idea for the class! If it's gameplay measures up, I might take it as my new main!

Astrologian first, but ultimately will level all 3 most likely. My friend and I are trading off tank/healer roles in conjunction with machinist so we'll have fast ques into dungeons. :)

OK, likely going to go with Dork Knight just because I've wanted greatswords forever.

Don't know if I will play it on day one, but the DRK is certainly a job that I am looking forward to.

Astrologian most likely but not from day 1. First will lvl my main and sub and then unlock the new stuff. So in the poll would be "no of the above".

Since I'm not keen on healing and tanking, I'd probably go straight for Mechanist.

The Astrologian looks the most interesting to me, as I love healing and the outfit from the screenshots is simply divine to behold! Second would be the Mechanist, as I do think DPS'ing is underrated and I like the look of the little machine (Is it a pet like an Egi?)

Not keen on tanking, so I doubt I will touch the Dark Knight any time soon. Which is a shame, because I do love that class in previous games and I am looking forward to see what its lore will be like.

So far Astrologian pulls ahead. I wonder if Cardcaptor Sakura names have already been reserved :D
