First new job?

Now that we know what's to come in Heavensward: which one are you gonna jump to first? Dark Knight? Astrologian? Machinist? :)
(Or perhaps you'll go for a Fantasia to change to Au'Ra before all that? ^^)

Machinist because it is the type of Job I like playing as in any type of game.

Engineer Job and a Gun Job combined!

So it will be my Main Job for the entire game.

The other jobs I'll only play when I feel like unlocking their Job storyline.

Fantasia + Dark Knight + Machinist = My life is complete

Machinist first, because 99% of the queue is going to be DRKs and DDs will get instant queues for a while >_>

I'll probably be checking out Astrologian first, but I'll definitely level them all.

I like healing but neither White Mage or Scholar feel entirely fitting to me, so I really want to try that out.

I REALLY want to try AST, but I'll be playing DRK for a long time. If nothing else, I won't have to deal with the folks who are only playing it because greatsword or DRK.

Fantasia first. Dunno after that, I'm still a little salty that DRK is a tank job. I'll get over it and play it though....eventually

I can honestly feel you on that. I was hoping for a DPS class that did cleaves and used its HP as a resource. However, after seeing the gameplay vid, I'm too stoked to play it.

Not a fan of any race with a tail but the new race does look pretty cool. Let's see if SE will give out one free fantasia or will do nothing knowing that people will change to the race regardless and make some money off the cash shop. Either way much hype on the DRK and since I love tanking I'm planning to be a DRK day 1. Any dps still salty about it not being a dps class, man up and play a tank or enjoy your long queues. I'll get the the other classes eventually.

Change to Au Ra. Then I'll jump AST as I love healing in MMOs :D But I can't forget to check out all the new content and fly mounts. YAY!

Astrologian is my main concern...cause i must have ALL the healing classes owo

I have an alt who was pretty much made with the intention of being a Gun user. My main will likely vo for the Astrologist first then branch out, that alt for the Machinist, and maybe a second alt going for the DRK first. And one of my unused character slots to make a Au'ra.

Butreally, my first concern would be getting the new Egis.

I might actually give Astrologian a shot, never been a fan of healing but the job looks like it may tempt.

Machinist for sure at some point.

I'm just glad these are all new "Jobs" with no class strings.

Personally, I'll go for Astrologian btw, since Archmage and just generally being magic-focused myself. :3

The new race looks great, but I'm pretty happy with my Miqo'te, so that just isn't likely to change.

Machinist doesn't look to be dual wield, but looks to be interesting (all three new jobs look interesting in fact). So, I'm going to wait till more info is released and base it more on aesthetics than anything.

My main being a Monk and at 50, I will likely focus on DRK or AST as I have a DPS covered.

Gonna go machinist and play Notorious BIG - Who Shot Ya while leveling.

Obviously Fantasia to Au'Ra, or maybe even start all over at some point as one. And first job to try out, Astrologian, because that Star Globe looks great!
