Looking to create a Savage team/linkshell.

I've cleared T13, I have no title from SCOB savage though,
Was wondering if anyone is interested?
Whether for the fun or the title,

I'm planning to create a raid group centered around AUS/SG time zone, personally I'm in Sydney so it's +3 from SG at the moment.

Will arrange Thurs/Fri 5:30-6:00 SG start, 1 lockout, can do more on friday if people don't have plans. All night is welcome too!
Any additional raids we can do if people are available.

Requirements:

At least i110, have cleared at least T12, very patient.
Might be quite a high barrier of entry but I doubt anyone'll be here if not from boredom after killing 13! But don't hesitate to ask to join if you're not T12 cleared, this will be a very laid back group. But you have to have the passion to clear savage though.
Won't accept ragequitters or elitists, and have a positive attitude of improving yourself with every wipe.
If you've cleared savage and just want in for the fun, hop on!

Voice communications and a functioning microphone is a must. I don't want anyone not talking!

Will decide on voice comms, but the only one I have at the moment is Raidcall, if anyone has a channel on any other software we can use that.

EDIT:

After some consideration, I've got concerns where if we don't go as a team of 8, it would be quite hard to keep a steady pace of progression as there'd be adjustments that has to be made every week.
So for the time being, I'll try and set up a group of 8, whereby once we clear, I'm more than happy to squeeze more people in.

If you're more than happy to be a sub, then by all means join the LS, but I'll try and talk to some people ingame to construct an initial team of 8. Thanks for your interest!

Hey all, I've created the LS.

However, after putting some thought, it would seem that unless we go as a group of 8, the pace of progression will be quite irregular.
Therefore, I will probably talk to you guys in-game and decide to settle on a group of 8 initially, then I'll add more people as we go, once I've cleared I wouldn't mind hopping in to help another group.
I'll keep you posted.

I'll even arrange for a second team just to accomodate savage enthusiasts, if I can find enough people. I hope to keep the strategy used uniform between the LS, so when we need to swap people out there'll be little readjustments.
