Does anyone else REALLY wish they could glamour an item multiple ways?

For different jobs? I'd like to glamour all my equipment to the basic AF, but unfortunately I can't because I have jobs that share important items like body pieces.

I really hope they add this in the future. Until then I'll just be a giant http://guidesmedia.ign.com/guides/05...kemans_054.gif

This will lead to a Glamour System vs Vanity Slots debate, I just now it!
/On team Vanity Slots

I just wish we had a slot where we can put armor in for glamouring. Buying these prisms can get expensive.

I think all of us are on team vanity slots really..

Edit: and if you arent now just think about how glamours could suddenly become a cash shop item ala transmutation charges in guild wars 2.

To be fair, they could easily do the same with vanity slots. Have them locked behind a pay wall and charge people to unlock them. Honestly, I might be okay with that. You can either get vanity slots through the cash shop, or use glamour prisms with in game currency.

They could maintain the economic stimulus of glamour prism and just have the vanity slots have durability like gear does and you have to use prisms to repair instead of dark matter. There is really no reason not to have slots instead of this convoluted system.

i wish there were more options, but i know it won't happen. The reason is our character data is already bloated, which is why we're still at the same number of inventory slots and why they haven't added a tackle box.
They WANT to add these things, but they simply can't because of the load it puts on the servers.
It's one of the trade-offs to being able to be every class in the game as a single character.

Well if it came down to that i'd honestly prefer a permanent unlock to a repeat purchase of consumables one.

To be frank, I don't think it will impact glamour prism sales much.

People rarely change their glamour when they switch class. They only change it when they have a new outfit idea for their main Job.

This won't change if we swapped to a vanity slot system.

I bet my friend is so vexed when I come with my daily order of glamour prims-
I change outfit once a day cause I think it's fun to use all of my outfits.
And if my friend isn't online it gets really expensive, and it's just stupid that I'd have to pay about 30k+ per day just to be able to wear what I want to wear for the day

Myself and several others have been asking for this since glamours came out and we found that little 'glitch' in the process... there have been many threads about it as well. Still hope they do something about it, and I've said many times over that glamours should be attached to the class/job, not the gear.

As of yet, nothing has come from it. :(
