Just curious

How many people have unsubbed to this game?
I for one, am not afraid to admit it. I have. Just curious if anyone else has?
I'll wait and see if FFXIV peeks my interest again. If not there is always KH3 and FFXV to look forward to.

I did I am wait for 3.0 I already got all the expected materials for my dark knight primal weapons

I think subbed this game for over a years is already more then enough for SE getting out of me the game feels like déjãvû every patch with a little spicy on it

I agree. I mean a little fun at first. Since I loved farming Shiva but now its eh waitng on next patch so I'm taking a long break lol.

I love FFXIV and I wish to support the hard workers who work on it. The developers are constantly working on content for this game and try to find another MMO that has as much content coming out regularly as FFXIV. WoW having a dry spell for a full year and the abysmal reception to WoD, that is not a competitor.

I actually just resubbed after being disgusted with WoW's new expac.

Sure, I still hate the tediousness of leveling and the sticky-like-molasses combat system, but it seems to have been improving on a lot of fronts and I'm interested to see what Heavensward brings.

So I'm assuming you're still subbing. If so great. Thank you for your opinion on the matter. I for one have my disagreements with SE on some aspects about FFXIV which is why I've unsubbed.

Keep in mind Heavensward isn't until Spring. Long time away. I for one will wait for DK to come into play since I play a tank role.

Forums for pretty much any game tend to be biased for negative. That doesn't mean it isn't well received (the same is true here. The forums are to voice concerns but it's up to the company to try to determine just how many players it affects, because a lot of players - regardless of stance - don't bother with forums at all)

It actually was pretty well received for about three weeks.

Lack of content, though.

Still have some sub but I don't feel like doing anything except for capping poet and minor crafting. Then take a break when it expires and wait until CT3 /goldsaucer/cardgame/etc. The way how raid and progression stuff works here demotivates me to do them further, sick of having to deal with people first before the boss. =/

I unsubbed a few times already but came back cuz i was like meh i'll see whats new.
Im playing catch up atm in gearing my crafters and finishing up scob so i can move on in eorzea life and step into fcob before 3.0. Probs will unsub once done scob as fcob parties won't want to have fresh players in their runs when it becomes unlocked. Will be back tho for sure for golden saucer if i unsub.

I'll be done with this game at the end of this month. With the current systems they have for Jobs, Raids and Gear working the way they do, I simply don't like it and have grown overwhelmingly bored of it. They have played it safe(and we know why) in that they have taken a system from previous MMORPGs that they saw worked. But have implemented it in such a way, that to me it feels strict and rigid.

I played since 2.0 launched and just now I can see that this game is heading towards being "The same old stuff, just bigger numbers." and that isn't such a bad thing but this game doesn't allow much flexibility with gear so it gets dull fast, in my opinion. I don't see potential in this system to keep me interested, but I'll check back once Heavensward is out and see if anything has changed with how things work. I have my doubts though, lol.

I liked ARR bcoz YoishiP said ARR would be solo-enjoyable,
solo-enjoyable means you can play different contents with different players at anytime,
can enjoy all contents in your own pace, however now I just feel like having a part time job in ARR.

By reviewing YoshiP messages, recently he mentioned some "raid groups" excitingly,
apparently he will turn ARR to "raid groups" enjoyable and solo-unplayable.

If I unsubbed, I am sure I will never be back. ^^;

Now more and more crap is ending up on the cash shop.

I'm pretty sure if I unsubed from the game I wouldn't bother coming to the forums to post anything, let alone start a thread about not playing this game. Kinda like going to a Ford dealership to complain about my Chevy.

You can't even post or login to these forums without an active subscription.

Also personally, i'm getting extremely tired of all these mechanics based battles. Every new primal, dungeon, raid is another "ok now what do i need to memorize and perfect".

This game is no longer relaxing. You need to be extremely alert, god forbid you're lagging (which you will), know all the dances to each run (be PERFECT at it cause we're farming for ponies), and keep your mouth shut because you'll get votekicked if you upset people's delicate Tumblr hearts.

Oh woops sorry we wiped once? I gotta go. FC needs me. "Wife/Kid" aggro. It's time for raid. *immediately searches for new party after leaving*

If someone is posting in this board it means that person still has an active subscription - which means that he is still paying and playing. Asking "I am quitting! Who is with me????" is not going to make SE reconsider their decisions. You are not that important and you are the minority.

If you want to leave, do it quietly. No one else will quit because YOU did.
