wow the Zodiac quest actually has multiple quests in it. The previous ones were just.. one ot two quests then trying to get the weapon.

Them positional requirements.. finally gone. Finally free from the horrors of turning bosses! Still they should have just let Heavy Thrust be its own Fist of Fire or Viper/Wasp if they were going to do that with it. In my opinion anyway.

Those Dragoon buffs are pretty insane but then again compared to the dps output of other jobs it makes sense.
well dragoon have gone from easy to very easy to master now.... i dunno if it's all good, time will tell.
on other point, the ninja was hit badly by the nerf, the damage buff don't affect the ninjutsu anymore... meaning a net loose on any ninjutsu skill of 20% damage. that quite severe for skill that can only be used every 20 second and recquire the mudra (that are heavily affected by the lag)

I cheered because I've been gathering mats to finally get the 7 artisan tools I haven't gotten yet to begin the process of getting those 7 classes up to 3-star level. This will make it so much less painful! And the fact that it will make it easier to get FCIII's/Master Demi's is a great bonus, too, on the road to getting the Supras!

I understand removing the positional requirement for impulse drive because of bosses like the kraken, but the heavy thrust one wasn't really required.
Huh, was wondering what the WAR relic would be renamed too. They took one of the FFXI greatsword names for it, which means that leaves Caledbolg as the relic for DRK in the expansion. Was a toss up between it being called Ragnarok or Caledbolg, but WAR gets Ragnarok.

Apocalypse (SMN?), Last Resort (SCH?) and Ragnarok (WAR).
I cannot accept Ragnarok as an axe! It should be DRK's since DRK will be using great swords. Apocalypse was also a DRK weapon... which means they won't be getting that again. Last Resort was a DRK ability as well so we know they won't be getting that again as well. =[
Ilvl sync was broken in the fact that it made all materia from crafted gear rendered null and void: useless. Pretty much punished players for wearing crafted gear of any kind. Also made i110 gear useless as well which was totally stupid considering the gear isn't useful for much content outside of final coil.
they removed it because it wasn't working properly. Noticed it once while in an item synced dungeon that while it claimed it would sync the gear, if you opened the character screen you'd see it wasn't actually synced.
Relic. Wouldn't be surprised.
Wonder what these new aged and perfect items are for? Perhaps its the "spoiler" items?

Relic is still barely enticing for people who are just starting just now and while I understand an i125 weapon shouldn't be just handed out, considering the generous Shiva offer it's kinda odd.

Admittedly, I'll be sticking to NIN unless our local DRGs' output starts plowing through the roof over 70 net potency or so.
Big fan of the Shiva EX weapon upgrade. The i110 was worthless on arrival, and now we have an option for people who don't have access to T9 farm statics and the obscene relic grind.
i'm the only one hoping for moar relic quest, if not the i125 is... low :x
especially when you count the number of hours for reach this point.
