Okay I know I am going to sound like a complete retard, but I went to lodestone and there is NOTHING that says "My site" on the site. NOTHING. I even went into my profile, checked LillithaFenimore....asked my ls....Wow...I am such a blonde at heart...anyone wanna give me the complete idiots walk through here...because I thought Meow's was easy enough, however, I guess my brain just isn't functioning today.... *sigh*

You have to log off of the game then wait a few minutes for lodestone to update your achievements.

It might take some time for it to update. My first character took 5+ hours and second character took only 20min.

I had to wait for about 8 hours until it finally got into my achievements.
But at least it never took long to actually make the banners, no "half an hour" as stated by Tsukino, but 1-10 seconds. -
