It's just the lobby server, not the whole thing.
I'm still connected on my alternate character on Gilgamesh.
Its only Siren at that~ I have been able to access Mateus on an alt.

I can't connect to Midgardsormr right now. Logging in is fine, but I can't connect to the data center.
I knew something was up with all the 2002 =(
Having the same problem but with the Lobby server, constant 2002 error.
Balmung went down as well, momentarily.
May be unrelated, but I and a few others in my ST party were experiencing a lot of rubberbanding and random lag, and two of us (myself included) dc'd twice.
