I made a huge mistake last night! I was trying to complete my first Book of skyfire and i had to i think switch over to the twin adders to get the leve The Awry Salvages unlocked. (im stil not sure if thats correct) But anyway.......
HELP ME I SWITCHED OVER TO THE IMMORTAL FLAME! D:
Q.Q now i have to wait 15 earth days before i can switch back over to the twin adders o.o anyone have a suggestion for me?
My conclusion... below lol
If you ever make this mistake in some how someway lol Just rank up in that grand company. Its a good thing :D

What Parodine said, you don't have to switch you can do them no matter what GC you are in. You'll just have to wait the 15 days and switch back... I don't think anything can be done at this moment.

K, i just found out that i can't even progress anymore with book because i switched grand companys.. yep kind of sad, like really sad.... QQ. I know i can rank all the way back up to chief in this grand company but i don't have seals and now im pretty much unmotivated.. this is gonna be a long long 15 days.... sad panda. Morale of the story read before signing grand company contracts..

I'm pretty sure you can progress. Check which nations leve it is, go to the leve dude, pick right nation, if it's not on the list, do a leve that IS on the list and look again. Just try. ^.^

Just rank up in your new GC. I got to max rank in about a day when I switched. It'll cost you 50k gil to switch back in 2 weeks anyway so might as well make the most of your mean time.

you guys are correct, i was in a maelstrom with highest rank, then i switched accidentally to a company i didnt need, now im rank one. O.O im a little bummed about trying to rank up again so i might just wait for the 15 days to pass switch back over to maelstrom then finish the book and then just farm poetics for my 120 gear i guess. any who ya i know i have to do a leve to get it unlocked im just a rank one again....

Lol op. Just do your gc hunting log. That will give you the seals to rank up and complete the quest.

I had this same issue, he is correct, you have to be (I think it's close to) 3rd highest rank to accept those at Mor Dhona, otherwise the guy just ignores you. I suggest you turn in some good quality stuff maybe grind some fates for another atma (or Alexandrite if you can-with another weapon).
