The Shiva theme is amazing! ^^

I like the first part of her music. The punk rock or whatever it is called can get deleted and I couldn't care less. Shit if SE would put an option in the cash shop to only play the first part of her theme, I would buy it. Only titans theme can have rock in it.

A part of me keeps believing that the second half doesn't belong to the theme. it's so bad and out place that i cannot believe it has been approved...

I'm using this as a level theme for my ROG. The Shiva theme is awesome, but love me some Bravely Default music :)

Getting tired of cheesy rock vocals for every single primal fight. When Titan was added it made him stand out, but now it's everywhere and mostly doesn't match the rest of the game.

Week 1 its amazing!
Week 2 its alright
Week 3 and beyond ffs my ears r bleeding plz se make a better song next time.

They did a great job with Titan's changing music ques, and also with Leviathan... but I'm not sure this change is as good as those were.

Same reaction to most of the posts here. First 2 parts are nice then the third part is just like huh?! Just feels so out of place and random.

I respectfully disagree with most of this thread. Yes the 2nd part is kinda odd, but the theme in itself is badass makes me wanna fight this epic battle.

Not every Epic battle needs chanting, and not every Epic battle needs rock either.

I personally like the whole song, Leviathan theme I really didn't like so much

J-pop doesn't belong on the battlefield.

Personally getting tired of every primal having a rock theme. Why couldn't we just stay with the first half of the song?

Out of place? Yes but you know the Legendary Nobuo? He loves rock a lot and he does put Rock like theme into the FF games he made. So I guess it doesn't bother me all that much, but I can see why other people may not like that type of theme in a Primal fight.

The first part of the theme is simply a masterpiece! What I expect for a Primal fight such as the wonderful Shiva and her icy ways... but the second part? Just me personally... I feel it is extremely out of place. Shiva seems old, maybe even older than the other Primals (save Ramuh). Her first part of her theme for me fits thematically for Shiva as a whole

and for Lady Iceheart since she embodies Shiva.

The second theme just seems so out of place to me, Titan and Leviathan definitely fit for a "rock" type theme, and their themes were unique sounding to me. But Shiva's rock theme? It sounds like any generic anime opener honestly... but damn... that first theme <3 My new favorite song, with Shiva being my new favorite Primal... sorry my old love Garuda, but parting is such sweet sorrow...

Here's what happened when I first fought Shiva.

Phase 1: This is so awesome! The music! The atmosphere! It's perfect!

Phase 2: Experience ruined. ABANDON DUTY.

I think both parts are amazing, been listening to them all day at work, well on breaks that is lol.

I'm more surprised the 1st half was actually part of her theme song! I always thought that would be in FCoB since they already gave us a preview of Shiva theme in NA fanfest + live performance EU fanfest

I'll agree that the first part is amazing, but the second part doesn't really match the icy and serene personality that this Shiva has. I think the music -could- work, but the jrock was just the wrong format, and I actually like JRock if it fits what's going on.

I actually like the second half a lot by itself...but the transition between the first and second half was pretty poor. It didn't feel like the theme amping up, it felt like something completely different and out of place.

If we had more guitar instrumentals in the beginning maybe it wouldn't have felt so odd.

The theme heavily reminds me of the kind of music that often comes out of the Persona franchise.

I enjoy both phase songs. Been listening to both a lot already. Though I can understand why some wouldn't care for the second. Maybe I enjoy it cause I'm into anime so much. X3

I'm into anime as well but that is clearly two songs that they decided just to hastily slap together and call a primal theme.

SE needs to do its homework more and figure out what people would like more in terms of primal music rather than just cater to one side of its fanbase. I.e. The Japanophiles.

I haven't played TWEWY but I did enjoy their appearance and music in Kingdom Hearts 3D. Does that count? ^_^;

Hm. The music in DDD wasnt done by Death march, but fair enough- still composed by Ishimoto, so yea :P

TWEWY is a fantasic game tho- it's a horrible disservice to skip~

Just...avoid the ios version. unless you just want to unlock the tease scene for a (possible?) sequel :P

You realize that this is a Japanese game and that the primary interest demographic is from Japan? Statistically, the highest density of trend interest is actually from there.
