SCH seems to be pretty straightforward: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/O3RB
Similar to 2.2, the pants are somewhat questionable being that 34 DET weighs more heavily than 33 CRIT.

so happy that Scholar BiS Body and Pants drop from coil! now need to see which turn....
Maybe I should just go for the pies this time :/
If the tome prices are the same as last time, I'm thinking this will be my SCH purchase order...
Week 1 - 450
Week 2 - 900 - Head(495) = 405
Week 3 - 855 - Boots(495) = 360
Week 4 - 810 - Gloves(495) = 315
Week 5 - 765 - Belt(375) = 390 - Wrist or Ring(375) = 15
Week 6 - 465 - Wrist or Ring(375) = 90
Week 7 - 540
Week 8 - 990
Week 9 - 1440 (Tome?)
Not sure how I'll factor the Ironworks weapon vs non-BiS pieces into the mix. Mostly just thinking of holding out for the relic upgrade.
seems fine but I think you better upgrade the weapon first because it is really good, great stats
I will try to get the 130 weapon asap then same order as you for equipment
Anybody realise from full i110 with HA Weapon to full i130 with Dreadwyrm Weapon, healer Accuracy went up by a measly 3 points only? From 405 to 408 =\.
Guess they really don't want WHMs to be dpsing :(
Mine will be more PIE+SS oriented

Not sure about Rings yet. Luckily, WHM is the most lenient class when it comes to BiS, almost all combinations work very well.
WHM DET > CRIT: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/O45X
Will swap some for PIE if needed.
If this tweet is right, then the Dreadwyrm Tonban of Healing drops in Turn 11. So not too much work I'd imagine. :P
I'll spec out for the items that have Piety and if both Ironworks and Dread has Piety, then Det --> Crit --> Accuracy --> Spell Speed are my order of preferences.
I've never found an instance where Spell Speed was a make or break on anything. This game is strictly about learning rotations and timing when you can cast a heal or have to move. I've specced both full spell speed and full det/crit and I personally enjoy the det/crit. I never rely on a crit, but man is it nice when it comes.
