Looks like it's botany. My guess is fishing is the other minion since the minions last time around were from mining/battle class.

Looks like Fat Cat comes from Fishing XIV, i guess it complements the minecart

Mummy's Little Mummy dropped from the last boss of Qarn (Hard). Everyone can need.

Louisoix comes from an achievement for beating coil

Nana Bear is a 4 star weaver craft
Wind-Up Ultros comes from Dragon's Neck trial

its just a theory, but probably the fish is one of the new big fish and can be caught like the giantpole

Also while hunting for images i came acroos some hidden minions. In addition to the Tender Lamb and Baby Zu that have been around for a few patches, there is a snowman of some kind and a present. Probably christmas event minions

You can buy them online, either from official SE stores, if you live in certain regions. Otherwise look for them on Amazon, Ebay or Asian Merchandise resellers.

Eternal Bond Chocobo =O no way, a marriage chocobo?

Does any picture of the parade chocobo exist? Is it just a normal fat chocobo with a crown?

Seems so.
I dont know if someone have already that many commendations, or moneone that does a lot of donjons/trials every day, only with duty finder, and play since the begining of 2.0
Myself I play since, a little before 2.2, and did quite some donjons/trials, I guess, and i'm only at 1028.
At this rate, with 4 commendations/days (sometime more, sometime less, today 6 or 7 :D), I'll get the mount in 1y and half... That's long.

Just checked the 2.4 patch notes again, and the Heavy Hatchling is no longer listed on them. I guess it was another oopsie-daisy like the Wind-up Nanamo and Wind-up Urianger and will be coming in a future patch.

Awww. Well I guess that means all minions for this patch are discovered. Now to see how the 'unavailable-as-yet' minions will manefest

As far as I know the minions are XIV only. Most other rare items from exploration ventures are limited to their tier

Can't find the plushie except on ebay for near a $100 (and ridiculous shipping fees)

So do the minions prior to patch 2.4 still drop for the XIV ventures?

wait... this is kinda confusing. :?

So... do we have to stick to tier XIV only for minion, or we can do the highest tier and can get them too?

Í'ld say that only XV gives the new minions or does someone have a screen of a new minion gotten by XIV?

I don't have a screenshot but I got the Fat Cat from XIV - Fat Cat and Littlefoot were put in the 14's to make it so each type had a minion at tier XIV.

Battle = Tiny Tapir
Miner = Minuatre Minecart
Botanist = Littlefoot
Fisher = Fat Cat

The first 2 were added to XIV ventures in 2.3. The second 2 were added to XIV ventures in 2.4 to complete the set.

There is a screenshot on the very first page. It is proven XIV gives the minion, there is no result yet for any minions available from XV.People are free to test wether or not SE added the minions to the pool in the XV teir, but if it turns out that it isn't, then you've wasted days on a minionless venture

So, whats the big price for doing XV then

No idea if there is a "big prize". From what I can find XV ventures have chances at high end crafting materials (e.g Dodore Wing, Mossy Horn) as well as items from unspoiled nodes (e.g Ferberite, Native Gold), and some of the old soldiery mats (e.g. Tawny Latex, Saurian Skin)

I got fat cat from fishing XV.

Ooooh! 2015 is the Year of the Ram/Sheep I wonder if we will finally get the Tender Lamb minion!

And I am guessing we will get the heavy hatchling at the same time as whatever event (or Veteran Bonus) gives us this item;
