So, I just came back the other day after nearly a year. Anyone else?

I was amazed my FC still existed, and was welcomed back by those who still remained with open arms. Then I proceeded to auto-run into the bed my character just got up from...

Still, it's good to be back. What was old is new again, and there's so much actual new stuff it's borderline overwhelming. Can't wait to tackle it bit by bit. Plus, now I'll be able to poke things as a Ninja! (Which is good, since I honestly have no idea what I'm doing anymore. Being level 1 again will probably work out for the better.)

Anyone else who re-joined in anticipation of 2.4, or things to come? Or maybe just returned in the past little while.

welcome back :O i returned 2 weeks ago.. unfourtently my linkshell's members were all offline for god knows how long. was pretty sad that no one welcomed me back :( but on the bright side on the verge of quiting i was adopted by a nice fc that saved me :)

Yup, just resubbed after 2-3 months out. Spent an hour or two just laughing and chatting with guildies and friends, then did the halloween stuff, then became bored and realized why I stopped playing. Hopefully ninja will change that though, at least for a little while. I really want to love this game like I used to :(

I just came back on Thursday after being gone for a year. So much has changed I don't even know where to begin.

I took a break about a month after launch due to real life and I'm glad that I'm coming back after over a year. New character on a new server and I also found an FC that I'm beginning to really like. Even though I'm really behind, I'm pretty pumped about FFXIV and its future.

Also seems to be that I never made a forum account until now, rofl.

Just came back myself, but I honestly have no idea what I'm doing. (Not that I did before! :P)

Going to try out Ninja, though.

Yeah, my WHM is pretty much a relic of days gone by. It was extremely noticeable as I was walking around. Not to mention I very much lack the (player) skills I used to have to be an effective healer right now. So I concluded joining the flood of new Ninjas seems like the way to go, ha ha ha! (And I always like the thief-types in games)

I just came back as well. Last time played was 2.1. :)

Save for a brief stint while I had the flu and was stupid sick, I've played non stop since last September. Welcome back!
