Wouldn't they normally have released the full patch notes by now? At work bored out of my mind ready to jump into new patch! Anyone know about what time they will release it?

In the last patch notes they only edited recipes, items and some other minor things.
But this time it was already in there from the beginning and i don't remember anything missing. -

Well I hate to burst your bubble but we still have a looooooooooot of planned maintenance hours to go.
17 more planned hours. (of course, servers very well may come up earlier than planned like they always do) -

Server won't be up early. It was extended the extra hour to prevent players from logging in before weekly reset and trying to cap the new tomes and blowing up the servers in that 1 hour.

This is what I don't get, imo I think it is better to show materials before than after. At least if you show the materials needed before a maintenance the market has a chance to recover by the time the patch hits. Sure people will buy out items right away, and when it's done after a patch the price of said items becomes even greater because people don't have extra resources of said items.
When the information is known beforehand though, yes people will still buy out, but the competition can be a bit more fair because the advantage is no longer given to the person who can log on first after patch but rather who can continue to supply the market with the new demand. -

SE seems concerned with people getting an advantage on the market if they have too much info. So the later the notes are released the less time there is to go over them and prepare your plan to take over the market board. -

I'm never home when the Weekly reset happens so It's easy to forget. I'm always still at work at that time. Though I am always home and usually playing when the daily reset occurs every morning.
I totally forgot the weekly reset was much earlier in the morning, and instead was thinking that it happened with the daily reset so at that completion time wouldn't change things if that was the case. -
