Those update Blues.

So, how are people keeping themselves occupied during maintenance?

I myself have hopped between a ton of different games but am starting to feel the pang of withdrawal.

The first world problems of an MMO addict.

I only play one other game, Rift, they just a huge update/level cap increase so always have that to fall back on

I used to play and enjoy Rift a while back, before they did that 3 faction update. Founder account and everything.
Then they decided my account wasn't mine and blocked my access. I refuse to play now.

Opening an closing client non-stop each 15 minutes to update my client as fast as possible since every single big patch fails to update properly and i have to retry over and over...

I'm probably going to bury myself in Hyrule Warriors for about 12 hours and then sleep the remaining ~6 so I can be up when patch goes up. Alternatively Civ: Beyond Earth. Bayonetta 2 if it arrives today would be cool too.

Point is, as terrifying as the thought is, I'll play other games!

At work still... after I get home... play some dust, maybe some child of light, watch some youtube... etc...

Uni work and samurai warriors 4, taking an age to get through all the story modes and that only covers like a quarter of the total game. Great to have a modern game that doesn't take me 6 hours to almost 100% it *cough* murdered soul suspect *COUGH*...

I will probably clean my PC while binging on Netflix.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, because playing as a claptrap is hilariously awesome.

Well, i live in the GMT timezone, so it's the middle of the day here. :D but you're quite right, sleeping does indeed kill a good amount of time.

Browsing the forums, thinking of what I should do for the next 17 or so hours.

Are you guys on a holiday? Seeing all these post about people being free for alot of hours, makes me envy you guys.

I have class from 9AM till 3PM then work from 5PM till 9PM, so my day will be filled with stuff for me to do, in the evening I will watch the new episode of The Walking Dead then head to bed.

I study in the evening, which leaves my daytime hours wide open. I wish I HAD a job to fill my pocket with but getting a job where im from is like winning the lottery.

I... did not realize that maintenance was starting today, or that it would be so long! I was really looking forward to leveling my Lancer, and perhaps unlocking Dragoon. Alas... :(

As for what to do in the mean time, I have some writing I should get on with. I may dip into SWTOR or Pokemon, we will see...

I work. When I'll be done working, I'll probably play some Divinity : Original Sin, or rererewatch the last Fate/Stay Night. Probably will do some 3D too :)

Try to sleep most of the day - when you're asleep there are no lonely times, only dreams.

I am on closing shift tonight, so my day will go by relatively quickly. :)

I have things I should be doing, but alas here I sit fixated on the inability to log on :(

I find it odd that when I'm able to play I have a laid back approach--I could lvl my goldsmith but sitting here in town emoting is way more fun :p or how I could work to progress further in coil but tooling around farming for gil ends up monopolizing my time. Or outside of game I get sidetracked by Netflix or YouTube lol

Gosh I really miss the game today! Forget Murphy I think it should be called Moogle's Law ;)

I was replaying Fire Emblem Awakening for the hundredth time but then I dropped my 3DS and the screen cracked so now I've got nothing.. Today is my only day off this week. ; ;

I drew something as a reminder for my ninja contest and now I'm watching Walking Dead to the end of the day :3

Decided to download Driveclub just to find out that after 3 weeks since release not only servers are still crap but the "free" PS+ version is still not available ...

I'm stuck in my college right now for my college classes so I've got plenty of things to do until I get out of my college later today at night.

Game-wise I'll probably play some Ultra Street Fighter 4 or something, and maybe finally get back to finishing Final Fantasy 3 (I'm through the Labyrinth of the Ancients and inside the Crystal Tower, but I put the game down to start another lol).

But I also have other things to do lol.

Lucky for me I can take today to get some assignments done for continuing ed courses and just get up early tomorrow to download the update.

Finally getting to enjoy some time playing borderlands pre-sequel!

I'm gonna play some Fantasy Life on 3DS. :cool:

I'm playing WoW during the down time ;D decided to start a new char and see how far I can go without heirlooms using it ^^

I'm at work.. once I get off though who know. Probably play Borderlands or Destiny.
