Well this is interesting...

In the Wanderer's Palace entrance I found a sigil for Osheron (appropriately enough)

I wnated to know if there are other places with the Sigils of the Twelve ecthed into them (Besides the Sanctum of the Twelve. I'll post screens of that later)

Well, there is one of these for each of the twelve usually in places with names that remind you of them, like here in front of the wanderer palace where there is the sigil of Oschon the Wanderer.
There is one in each city state for their divinity ( above the CNJ guild, somewhere on a cliff in limsa, in Nald'Thal temple in Ul'dah ) there is also one in coerthas in the cave in the south west, one in Thanalan on the cliff that have cool view on the entrance of the final coil ( south of the map, after the little amal'jaa camp ), there are others but I don't remember where they are though.

I know I'm trying to take pictures of them now. (Thanks for the CNJ tip BTW) but this seems to be unrelated to the stones (I'ts on the ground for starters and the actual prayerstone is in Outer La Noscea)

Oschon was the patron deity of Nym, hence why you find his symbol here.

There's also 12 stones engraved with the Twelve all around the world. From the top of my head :

That's because it is. The stones you're referring to were actually carved by Louisoix as part of his 'fail safe' plan to summon a portion of the Twelve's power to stop the Calamity (as shown in the End of an Era/New Beginning trailer). They're the stones you see Yda, Papalymo, Thancred and Y'shtola praying at in that video.

Oschon's glyph in Upper La Noscea on the other hand is completely unrelated to that and is far older - it's what gives the Wanderer's Palace it's name - Oschon the Wanderer. ;) It seems Oschon was the guardian deity of the ancient city of Nym who built the palace, in much the same way that the modern Eorzean citystates also have guardians from the Twelve. ;)

That's definitely the million gil question. They were moved to new locations to accomdate 2.0 map changes, but other than the 1.0 quest they haven't served any purpose. The fact that the devs purposely kept them in game (evidenced by their placement instead of a simple "some of them were destroyed in the calamity" excuse) tells me they probably will serve another important function in the future.

Not to mention one is actually missing in ARR - there is actually meant to be thirteen Deity Stones and not twelve (the missing thirteenth one is a duplicate of Nald'thal, which was located in the Milvenath Sacraium in Ul'dah, but because that is currently closed off for repairs, it's inaccessible at this time). But in 1.0 it was virtually identical to the one in the THM Guild.

Damn those Twin-deities worshipped as a singular entity for complicating things!

Returning to the entrance to the Wanderer's Palace having Oschon's glyph, another member of the Twelve whose symbol is found on ancient ruins is Azeyma the Warden, the goddess of the sun. If you look closely various ruins scattered around Thanalan (such as those at the Silent King in Western Thanalan, the impressive statue in the gorge at Highbridge in Eastern Thanalan, and the Invisible City, also in Eastern Thanalan), you can see they clearly bear Azeyma's glyph, which makes me wonder exactly who it was who built these ruins.

I did think maybe they were Belah'dian, but given the fact that the Sunken Temple of Qarn was mistakenly believed to have been built by Belah'dia, but in fact predated it, I'm wondering if there was an even earlier civilization that existed in Thanalan, long before the lalafell arrived, one that worshiped Azeyma, much like the Seekers of the Sun miqo'te years later. It's an interesting thing to think about in any event. :)

Well the civilization that used Black Magic during the War of the Magi probably was from Thanalan. After all, Belah'dia is in Thanalan, and Ul'dah/Sil'dih are now in Thanalan as well.
However, the symbol of Azeyma could have been added by Belah'dians in Qarn. I doubt they just took the temple and left it how it was.
