Yoshida said he doesn't want to give players direct access to spells like Haste, Slow, Stop, Freeze (status), petrification, paralyze etc, so Time Mage won't happen unless, of course, they butcher it like they did Dark Knight.

This is completely impossible unfortunately, the reason is that with the whine about time mage SE might release one day, but if it happens time mages will go back in time to play time mage at the time they wanted, but therefor no one would be asking for time mage to be in the game and SE won't add it, creating a huge paradoxe destroying the whole universe.
