Random lag and 90ks

Anyone else feeling this touch of lag as well as a couple of just random dc's recently? Is something up?

Ya happened to me on hyperion about a half hour ago. Started lagging really bad then got 90kd. Must have happened to quite a few since there was a queue of 112 to get back in.

People on Gilgamesh are DCing. I haven't experienced any lag or DC.
Some specific ISP is having issues with the server, or data centers are pewping themselves.


I have AT&T UVerse btw.

I believe its a level3 error or something? I have friends playing via WTFast and they are having little to no issues. Meanwhile, the rest of us are barely able to log in and stay logged in for 5 minutes.

Happening on primal DC too

Excalibur is currently under heavy load getting 9k and 9002 errors every 2 -3 min. This server is currently at full capacity.

Was running duty roulette and got SV Hard; everyone in the party got disconnected at least 3 times while we were trying to finish it.

This is on primal data center btw

Happening on Balmung as well. I can't stay logged on for more than a few minutes at a time.

I've already seen 2 queue times on my server in the last week, which I've not seen since 1.0. I can imagine staying online come Tuesday will be an issue worth worrying about for each of us.

I've dc'd 4 times, may as well give up I guess, but the funny thing is people that have been afk awhile are still there!!

Nonstop 90k & lobby server connection issues tonight on Cactuar.

I played for a few hours earlier tonight with no trouble, now I just 90k'd for like my fifth time in 30 minutes. Two others in my coil group having the same problem. Game for us is unplayable right now.

Yeah me too, but it's kinda weird. It says "lost connection" like normal but I can just log right back in, instantly. It doesn't even say my character is still logged in. I let it boot me four times and then I took the hint and quit. :p

Sounds like there have been massive lag spikes across all worlds. And on Goblin of all servers I even got the "world is full" msg. Havent seen that since launch.

Same here, though this time I got a lobby connection error and the game closed. Time to reboot the routers at SE, I guess.

From what I've heard it seems to be Level3 nodes gone bad (again). Can anyone tracert to their servers to confirm this? (You can find your server IP here.)

Lamia server is having the same problems...most being logged off continually.

Balmung checking in, Ifrit HM just now was utterly unplayable >.<

No issues on Gilgamesh as far as I know. I did see a bunch of people get DCed in DF though.

When I have lag nobody else does.

When everybody else has lag, I don't.

Sarg kicked me twice before logging off for the night.

Been getting lots of lag myself and booted of as well tonight only to get the wold is full message multiple times.
Was in fates and kept using attack actions and nothing seemed to be working, maybe a minute later boom, i was dead.
It had first started when doing Expert Roulette in tam tara, a fc member used lb on last boos, i still seen the adds up and was attacking, moments later i seen i was last one in dungeon, lol

And i seen other people dc in front of me as well while running around. This was on Leviathan server

Node/Datacenter is outside of SE servers, those nodes are connected to a lot services and routing traffics overseas.

I have not had an issue today, since I live right next to the SE servers as well to my other Canadian friends.

Are you all having problem connected from US?

I traceroute my server every seconds using a monitoring software and my ping is 20-30ms with 0% packet lost and yes, I do see a lot of people d/c when i travel over the maps. (D/C icon) and FC offline online spam.

It's obviously because I finally hit level 40 tonight, and Square doesn't want me to progress any further. So.... sorry guys.

On gilgamesh I saw saw a whole bunch of folks dc in uldah. And as well as lagggy instances that resulted in me being boot. Others exp the same as well.

As of now all is well.

Had a hard time doing Amdapor Keep because my girlfriend and I kept getting disconnected every 4 minutes. Thankfully the tank was rather patient.
