At the following time, in order to accompany Patch 2.4, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn will be unavailable.
Not only will Patch 2.4 implement the addition of the new Rogue class and the new Ninja job, but also a large increase to the number of plots of housing land. Accordingly, data-handling capacity will need to be increased, and for this reason, we will be conducting database optimization with this maintenance in order to aid in load reduction and increase data processing speed.
Database optimization will require time. In addition, because these are vital servers that house our players’ precious data, extra care and precaution must be taken. As a result, this will be a prolonged maintenance lasting 24 hours. We ask for your patience and cooperation during this process, and apologize for any inconvenience.
* The World Transfer Service will be suspended 15 minutes before maintenance begins, and will be unavailable until maintenance has ended.

That will be the way it is to. You level NIN to 50 and every party you try and join will be "No NIN" because the leader want's all NIN loot to himself. This is the problem when releasing only 1 new job is that the masses go to it since it's something new and that is the problem you face. Constant issues of people being unable to get groups for the new class.

Those are the only images that I've found, but in the 2.4 trailer, the characters are wearing the new tomestone gear during the fight with Shiva.
