What's the first thing your going to do on 2.4

i see a lot of negativity so i wanna start a happier thread :3

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO FIRST WHEN YOU START UP 2.4

i am going to unlock ninja, annd try to trick people in the shroud with my complete odin costume :D

I'm gonna cap out Rogue + Ninja

Hmm... that's a hard one.

Going to... BUY EVERYTHING IN CASH SHOP.

craft all the new shit to sell and get all the new unspoiled nodes and mark up at ridiculous prices lol

Get my sol gear and animus books cheaper!

Straight to shiva. After the first week no one wanted to train for Ramuh EX anymore, gotta get on that train before "myth message = disband" farming parties start to show up.

This guy has the right of it. Get it now while you can because yeah, unless SE makes Ramuh drop 100k for everyone not many will go back (well from Excalibur at least).

1) Ninja to 50.
2) PvP like a boss for that i100 Ninja Armor.
3) Speed Ninja Relic to Nexus
4) Storyline Quests
5) Hildibrand Quests.
6) Back into Coil to finally catch up with my LSes.

if i have time on 0day ill unlock the new dungeons asap and try them out. I really like going in with a fresh party, figuring out the mechanics as we go along.
Afterwards ill check out the new story and unlock shiva.

After that...probably Hildibrand. Still debating whether to wait a week or so before I work on Rogue/Ninja and just sell Duty Finder "fast passes" instead.

That's easy.
For me, storyline takes priority above all else.
Then in order, Hildebrand, minor quests, etc.
I'll leave Rogue/Ninja for last, since I predict that La Noscea will be near-impossible to travel through (due to lag), given how many people will be doing their class/job quests there...

Finishing Mainstory and unlocking Shiva EX
Unlocking FCoB
Unlocking new Dungeons
Starting Rogue

But the very first thing is probably patching and waiting to get on the servers xD

Celebrate the fact that I'll never have to do T7 again.

I am going to do the main story quests, and then the Hildibrand ones. I play for the lore, most of all. After that, we will see what happens.

I applaud the fact you wish to bring more positivity to the forums! Always a good thing! :)

1. Rush to craft all the new ninja and glamour gear.
2. Rake in gil.
3. Unlock rogue, level it for a bit.
4. Rake in gil.
5. Wipe for 3 hours on T10.
6. Farm SCoB or teach/help learning groups.
7. Rake in gil.
8. Main story, new dungeons, Shiva, Hildibrand.
9. Rake in gil.
10. Do absolutely nothing with all the gil.

Grab my friendos who came back for 2.4, knock out what's left of SCOB, level NIN.

Go to church (Christian), say that I don't support their primal anymore and announce that my sanity is superior to their primal.

Cancel sub to church to avoid their taxes, tell the church-goers that primal fear (which is what it is about) is ridiculous and that they should think for themselves.

Go home, boot up FFXIV:ARR 2.4, slay primals for NIN weaps, level Rogue, level Ninja, celebrate finally freeing my mind from an insane ideology after numbers of years of brainwashing... Thank Yoshida and SE for making Final Fantasy which made me break free.

...That's it.

Oh and do Hildibrand quests!

Probably finally work on my relic weapon.

Knock out main quest I guess

Start riding the gil wave immediately. I will have a mansion this patch. I WILL. After some deflation, of course, lul.

First thing I do is to find the cute single female Lalafell, going to propose in married, start a family in Gridania, buy a small lot house, start Ninja School Clan, to guide new player and of course to support each other is a must. Do main story, FATE, LEVE QUEST, and maybe dungeon TOGETHER!

Are they going to nerf the relic quest so that it doesnt take 230497 hours of grinding to get nexus but can easily go farm turn 9 for all 9 job weapons?

I know the relic is slightly better but taking from i90-i110 even not including nexus takes a lot of grinding, where as in 2.0 once mythology was uncapped it was SUPER easy to get zenith from the relic. I personally was getting a relic in 1 day. I dont want it to take just 1 day but novus itself because of the materia is a massive wall.
