When did you get a scar on your face?
:)
i love how the female/male rogue gear is actually slightly different and not unisex.
Since the ROG guild will be in the 3 city states I wonder if there'll be 3 different guildmasters for ROG?
I'd be interested to know more about the NIN guildmaster. Was he a hermit living alone? Eitherway, I've sure he picked to live in Eorzea since it was the only one that's not occupied by Garlean and has been successful. I'd like to know who'll be the evil/rogue ninja that we have to fight near the end of the NIN quest?

No, it's unisex. What the trainer is wearing in that screenshot is a different piece of clothing, if similar. What exactly it is, and if we're going to get it, is a good question, however...
In the first picture the male trainer has a collared shirt on , clearly different than the lower pictures, so it's anyone's guess at this point really.
KINDA SPOILER: ...Anyone else was hoping Yugiri would be the trainer for one of them? :(
That'll be an interesting story to tell, as she would teach you the ways of whats learned in Doma
or something...xD! Or something. It would of also been kind of cool if
Thancred was at least the Rogue trainer... [I'm going by the CS for the Leviathan quest. Someone told me he was a PLD
but I read someone he was a BRD with a dagger so Idk...xD]
I see it now. both males and female wear the same halter top. But that male is wearing a collard shirt? I guess he'll be an important npc/ most likely guildmaster
Most likely she won't start training Ninja Jobs until the lvl 55 or higher.
The current ninja trainer most likely isn't a master ninja like Yugiri so he will could only train us until lvl 50 which usually the lvl 50 Job Quest is the point in the Job Storyline when our character surpass our current Job Trainer since we learn a skill even they couldn't master or easily obtain themselves unlike our character
You know, I was thinking the same, but since my bard has the same shirt glamoured I wasn't sure - I forgot that it does have a different cut on men. I think you're right!
Edit: The necklaces are DEFINITELY the same. No question about it, it's a recolor of that shirt.
makes you wonder if its a possible hint at nin subclasses being pug and arc
The rogue npc is called ????, and the ninja npc is called ????. You can find them at ???? which is in the ???? zone. You have to ???? to unlock them and use their ???? to ????.

There's no proof that either of those photos indicate the respective trainers...they could just be characters that have a role in the stories.
That's like me telling you that this guy is the Dragoon trainer, just because he was referenced in a photo for Dragoon (if Dragoon were the job that's being implemented)

When in fact he is NOT the Dragoon trainer...he is actually SPOILERSthe one you have to fight at the end.
Hmm. It just says Level 1 is required so new players just need to level one of the other battle classes to 10 according to the Live Letter during TGS? Or is it going to be available from the get go for new players?
Oh, it makes even less sense that NIN guild will be in all 3 city states. But oh well. That's how they do it, so I wonder if there'll be multiple NIN guildmasters then? Still, it'll be interesting how they'll implement NIN
So my take on it is that (assuming that they place the nin job storyline in the mix of the original) there's probably a hidden sect of nins that has a network throughout the city-states each trying to influence the policy from the shadows. I'm really looking forward to how they are going to make Nin work.
I thought the Ninja guild was in that hut in Eastern La Noscea? in raincatchers gully near wineport?! - it was added in 2.38
One of the NIN masters better be a old Lalafell.
There's always 3 level 1 quests for a class. The initial unlock quests where you also get your starting weapon, and then the first "class story" quest. Indeed, they confirmed you need to have your starting class (if you're a new player/character) at level 10 and have the ability unlocked to go to other guilds and unlock their classes before you can get Rogue, and since every class starts at level 1 with these 3 quests, there's your answer. Nothing new :P
Wait, I know there's a guy living in an hut in rain catchers gully, with ptsd. But they can't be similar, right?
Would be a nice ninja trick if that were so.
My bet is the Ninja guy is the rival. Much like Estenien or Curious Gorge was for their respective jobs. But I have been and could be wrong. Time will tell. I just want to stab things. Stabby McStabbins
You need lv 10 in some class, to unlock armory. but you can be a lv1 class, and accept the quest, to become rog.
for example: you get LNC to 10, unlock/equip arc lv1. then take the rog quest.
Or well, you may need to unlock travel to other nations, at lv15, in this case, if rog is only available in Limsa.
Not really, Rogues have always been in Limsa, why would they set up a guild in Gridania? I don't think Gridania needs an underground guild of rogues...or they might as well set up LNC guild, in Limsa?
Yugiris ppl aren't exactly tied to any one nation, so they would probably be welcome in any nation. And she wanted to teach Eorzeans, not Limsans.
He's part of a side-quest. so don't think he would be a nin trainer...
