Ive tried to get rid of this thing now and its not working, HUD layout, Zoning, Going into instance, Heck it followed me into flipping PvP! it just sticks there..
im sure its a sign.

I had a similar thing happen to me, except it was my character equipment window. I forgot what I did to get rid of it.
