Chocobo Dubstep!

Was messing around in the studio the last couple days remixing the Mamba De Chocobo from FFV. Came up with a dubstep remix ;) Still a work in progress, but enjoy.

I've listened to other dubstep songs before, and listening to this, it just doesnt seem to go well with the chocobo theme. That's my personal take on it. Maybe its just me, and if its still a work in progress then I'd like to listen to the song again when its finished.

It wasn't quite meant to make sense, it's just fun :P Not a serious tune just a bit of messing around. Gonna make a couple really in depth remixes to some FF7 tunes, not dubstep, just some good music. :)

Haha thats pretty good, though I think it gets a bit repetitive and hard to hear original theme and it is a bit slow but other than that great sounds and effects, good levels and very clean.

Keep it up and props for using Soundcloud

I liked it until it got to the "wub wub wub wub wub" reverberation.

That's the reason I hate dubstep so much....

Dubstep is slowly taking over the world. Watch out.

I'm not a huge fan of Americanized dubstep, all bass and no real musical elements. Like I said, this is just some messing around having fun in the studio :P If you want to see my serious side, go check out my duo project.

Examples of simple songs remixed to dubstep for all the non-believers. Yea, they're Zelda tunes. I thought they'd relate well as very simple repetitive tracks.
