Cannot post in accepted bugs forums.

Details:
Title pretty much says it all. It says I have insufficient privileges or something, even though I see other players replying in threads at free will.

Steps:
I try to reply to a thread in the accepted bugs forum but I'm denied due to not having "privileges".

Seriously? You can't post in the Accepted bugs forum because it is locked. This is because the threads are first posted on the In-game bugs forum, then moved to Accepted bugs when it is accepted by SE as a legitimate bug that needs fixing. The replies you see on those threads were made before it was moved. In fact, every one of the Bug report sub-forums are locked in a similar manner with the exception of In-game bugs. This is working as intended.

Then why do the mods move the entire thread to the accepted bugs forum and then ask me to reply to the thread?

There I even linked it. They moved the thread to the accepted bugs forum and then asked me to provide more information.

An oversight on their part, perhaps? Mods aren't perfect, they are people too. But the fact remains, all of those forums are locked.

This was said about posts being moved to Insufficient Information, but I think it applies here.

I'm even more surprised that another player had to tell me this rather than an actual employee from SE.

At 7:36 you can see Thancred warping/vibrating slightly as hes walking. Its a very choppy animation.
