So my friend, who got in on the VIP upgrade but the rest of us didn't, was in a rush to get the upgrades done and chose the wrong size of shirt for his VIP upgrade. Where does he fix this? Can he just edit it, or does he need to e-mail someone?

Nothing? Support itself gave non-answers too.
Greetings,
The sizes that attendees selected when purchasing a ticket (or upgrade) serve to help us prepare for production. Attendees will choose their shirt sizes at the event itself.
However, please note that there is no guarantee that each attendee receives their desired t-shirt size.
...well, I'm glad thay doesn't generally happen when you buy clothes online.
*orders medium*
*receives small*
'Oh we don't guarantee you'll get what you paid for. It's more pot-luck if we have any left!'
Doesn't seem very VIP treatment to me ^^;;;
Good luck to anyone who ends up with a tshirt that's useless to them because it's too small or too big. I really hope for everyone involved there isn't much chance of this happening and there is a small surplus of each size to avoid disappointment. I know sometimes sh*t happens but come on, those tickets aren't exactly cheap...
the post of mine you quoted if you read was in relation to a reply to bayhones post that you are not guaranteed your size even if you did select your appropriate size since it appears to be a free for all once you get there. Read the quote then read the quote of my quote and you will get the idea.
Just wanted to note something here from my personal experience: what Bayohne is saying is "we are going to buy T-shirts based on how many people say 'I want size ___'." I was at an event or two where beforehand you're supposed to RSVP with your name, number of guests, and which of the dinner options you want to be served; they ask this because they then order those dinner options based on how many people asked for each one. So if Square gets, say, 50 people saying they want an S, 100 saying M, 130 saying L, 150 saying XL, 90 saying XXL, they're going to make and bring roughly that many for each size. These are special-order T-shirts, not mass-production ones that a company can buy thousands of and not blink an eye, and on top of that they're special event ones that they don't -want- a lot of spares of.
