LOL yep. personal housing is in the same wards as fc housing. And they are still doing the ridiculous price differences for legacy servers. Plots costs twice as much on my server as the new player servers. Personal housing is a joke and this why they didnt release any info on it prior to maintenance. Its just what soloers have been doing already. Making their own FC just to buy a house. This just removes the restrction of needing an FC.

Cool. I was hoping to buy a large house, but I'm not willing to spend 50mil+. I'll just buy a medium or small depending on what I can get to before it's all sold out. I'm sort of sad this is the way they decided to go since it's possible I could miss out on housing if it sells out and I was hoping for some cool new instance for just personal houses.

Sands of Time
The treasure coffers that appear upon completing Turn 2 of the Second Coil of Bahamut will now always yield one pinch of sands of time. The coffers that appear after defeating Xande in Syrcus Tower will now always yield two pinches.

So, I'm wondering. Will this be in the chest that only your party of 8 rolls on? Or in the chest that carries the Onion Knight that the whole alliance rolls on?

Apparently Sands of Time will now a be a constant drop from ST after beating Xande and Turn 6. Nice additions but I'm hoping that the next step in the Novus line isn't as RNG based. It does however sound more like the books we did to obtain the animus but with a time sink aspect added to it to probably keep people subbed for another month.

Was just about post this since i finally got past the shock of how terrible personal housing is. Every ST run now guarantees 2 sands/oils/ UATs to drop during the run. YAY. Get in get my sand for the week and get out.

was hoping for new hairstyles such a let down....guess next months update will have it think SE needs to stop making lame ass emotes and fixate on making better/more hairstyles for every race

The work of an individual player to get a house cannot and should not be compared to the work of an entire FC collectively working together to get a place. I've been saving up like crazy for this, only to get completely fucked over because LOL NOPE I'M NOT AN FC TO MYSELF? What the hell is that? And the competition is bullshit. The wards have been too full to begin with, on my server, and now we'll have individual players fighting each other for the few we have? Guess our FC can forget saving up for the medium we've been after for so long. And then there's the issue of how legacy servers STILL have higher prices...

I wonder why SE removed the timer for return in the first place but oh well it's back and I'm also disappointed about the prices of personal housing.

ya with sands now dropping in ST you can expect newbies to flood the shit and make your raid wipe at first boss & i always hated being forced to do hunts for the logs to turn into sands now i can farm ST for sands & oils on tusedays

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I won't do hunts again. Just go do ST for the few remaining Oils/Sands I need.

When I read the patchnotes I just LOL'ed... couldn't get myself to do much else or I'd be pissed.

Lol even with plots doubling from what is currently available in 2.4 that is still a ridiculously low amount of houses for 'personal' housing...

I know people want to have realistic feel in their games, but why would SE think it is in their right mind to put so much Housing Market pressure that economic disparity will rear it's ugly head in a stupid video game??

And what do all the Trolls that told people 'just wait for personal housing' have to say now?
