That's a Large house...meant for a LARGE FC... One with over 50 people. Everyone donates 1 mil and you have a house. If I put my nose down I can farm 1 mil pretty quick. You don't need RMT...FFS... Personal Housing is supposed to be below a Small FC House so somewhere in the neighborhood of 800kish-1 mil. Hardly a chore to farm when you consider it's a HOUSE.

I can afford those solo. So it depends who you ask.

I was on Durandal, FC house prices went up to 640m gil so personal house prices could be 200m gil and still be considered far more affordable than FC housing. Just sayin' :D
