My shield is to confuse the enemy. They often wonder, "Why does this Ninja have a shield? Is he going to hit me with it?", and the glowing sparkles are to blind them, like Edward from Twilight.

That's correct. It's also for protection; protective shielding from my awesomeness. Staring at my amazing Ninja self is such an epic experience, that it could be considered similar to looking into the sun. If you stare too long you will go blind, so the shield is for your protection. It also has two swords on it to look more Ninja, and this is how you can tell it's a Ninja shield. Plds like to wear them too sometimes to copy us, but they will never be as cool.

That would be true if there were anyone that was strong enough to kill me, but there isn't. I only hide in the shadows because if I didn't I would have to kill way to many people, and the human race would risk going extinct pretty much.
