Who We Are

We are a newly formed company of those who enjoy end game content as well as helping each other. Whether your in the company or not we still try to help where we can. We have goals, a motto, website, TeamSpeak, and Ventrilo. Soon to own our own fansite.

Goals

1. Help each other grow and learn about the game.
2. Become a top company in the ranks of raiders, leveling, and dungeons.
3. Grow to become a large enough company to have multiple raid groups running weekly.
4. Have our own company mansion for all our members to have private chambers.
5. Care for our members as we care for our family.
6. Listen to each other no matter if it is a problem in game with other members, in real life, or overall just in general.

Motto

• Instincts are a natural human emotion which allows to determine what is safe, what is bad, and overall to survive. Using our SURVIVAL INSTINCTS allows us to bring ourselves a step closer to the edge without fear.

• We are taking all applications no matter level, class, race, or gender. Come one, come all, no application is denied.

I understand we are not that high of a rank or that I'm even lvl 50. Give us a shot, I'm sure you will enjoy how I run my company and how I enjoy creating events for everyone to participate in. Would love to buy a house for our company but without members to rank up the company that is next to null. I'm still pretty new to the game, only about a month in or so, but would like to join your Company ^_^ Figure it would be more fun to be in a smaller group where it's easier to work together and get to know folks. I'll look you guys up when I get home from work in a couple hours.

before i commit to anything, how many people are already in the fc? as far as ranks go in the fc, what are you planning? what roles are you currently look for? how far and fast do you plan on progressing into endgame?

There are 2 of us, fairly new, been working a lot the past week so haven't had much time to recruit. Ranks as in officer, member, etc are generally kept in a manner that as you lvl up 10 lvls you receive a promotion with more priveleges such as withdrawing from company bank, use of crystals from bank, etc. Ranks as in the FC ranking I want to be max rank and try to bring the FC up to a point of 1st place on Zelara that will recognize us as a formiddable foe. Roles we are looking for everything. Endgame is my favorite area of any game, though with this game I feel there will be so much endgame we may have to do twice a week to three times a week runs. I want to experience all endgame and bring new members into the endgame content as quickly as possible so that they too can enjoy the content as much as the FC members. The goal of this FC is to provide help to those new and old to the game as well as enjoy every aspect, give our members fun events to do on down times and hopefully bring the FC to a large jump in ranks on the world server that we have applicants to look over daily.

Those who are lvl 50 in one class are placed in a rank below officer, after 2 week probationary period we will then discuss those lvl 50 to bring into our officer ranks that can best lead the FC into the endgame content and those who have the most experience will also be considered. I wouldn't be leader of the FC right now but since other FC's I have joined tend to allow teens to run things when they argue over everything, I had to step out of them due to that fact. I don't mind teens/kids its just that arguing is a negative thing with me when I have a 15 yr old that argues with me daily so I choose to avoid that in game.

if you want to base everything off of my character in jenova, both have the same name, i have several 50s, i have the ex primal kills, and i have up to T4. i havent done much with my alt lately, but that can always change. im also work, do not have a pc.

also, im not a teen.

i would advise not allowing people access to the gil, unless they have made it to the top1 or 2 ranks.

I don't allow anyone access to Gil unless they are myself or officers. I can tell you have a lot of experience and jobs level'd so that would help us greatly. I am impressed with your characters though so hit me in game on Zalera - Cordee Ellisia or our vent which is in my post at the very top.

i think i would fit perfectly, but nobody has been on when i log, either in game or on ventrilo. dont know if its i time difference or just a difference in the work hours, tried saturday around 11 pst, but i couldnt find you.

I'm on all night. I have another day off from work tomorrow so I'll be up until about 3 or 4 AM my time. Also got my wife playing and our friend so I'll be helping them during that time hence another reason I'll be on for awhile.

if the lightning fates are still up, i would definitely like help with those, while i can stil get them. ill be logging in on zalera again, as the only thing left to do besides ramuh ex is T5, and the fc might be waiting for the weekends to start coil runs, and today is the worst day for hunts on jenova.

LOL. Kk, wish us being so small still not sure if I can help with Lightning fates yet or not.

i got the behe down to 60% saturday, thanks to the ability to heal myself and restore mp, but there isnt enough time solo it, but i guess thats where shouting in a city-state would get me the help i need, didnt think about that before. not to mention buying some of the moonfire stuff, as i think this is the last day for it.

but i could definitely work as being a pally for you guys, and the great thing is that i can get the soldiery sword very fast, to be raid-ready in a relatively short time period.

my main concern is after you have to start working again, as that would still leave the difference in time after tmorrow and not being able to be on at the same time

Rika and Badger are now part of our family. They bring in experience and great attitudes. Still looking to gain even more so hit one of us up in game or in our Vent.

ill be grinding in stone vigil for a level or 2 tonight, at which point i will move on to dzemael darkhold for speedruns. if someone will be on 7:30 pst tonight and is lv 43 or 44, feel free to join me. i will respond in fc chat, normally pretty fast. after today, i will be taking abreak to grind out 25 levels on destiny before they hold their event for players 25+ on the 19th, announcing this as a warning for when i dont long for a while.

as an experienced endgame player, i am more than willing to help people through on their own things whenever im on.

Thanks Rika for the update. I will not be in game tomorrow evening due to having a 4 am shift Thursday and working an 8 am shift tomorrow so bed time almost as soon as I get home. I will work on our FC site however tomorrow before bed so keep an eye on that for application process to appear to help in making the process faster for those wishing to join.

I will like to join your FC, my main is whm but I also have scholar, blm and bard at lvl i93. As of right now I am trying to complete T5.

I am looking for a serious FC with not many teens since I am an older person too.

I work during the week and my schedule is Monday thru Friday after 8pm Eastern Time and Saturday and Sunday after 3:00pm Eastern Time.( but if there is something in real life that needs to be done I will let you know and I will log in late for that specific date).
