Who are we?
Silver Wolves are a small, close-knit 18+ Free Company that has been around since September 2013. Our main goal is to provide a good social experience where everyone can feel welcome, regardless of playstyle. This does not mean we have no ambitions to try the hardest content: we intend to raid in Heavensward just like we raided Coil during 2.0: by being efficient while at the same time having fun. We do not get server firsts, but we do get everything down, whilst having a good time. Our focus on having an active and friendly FC ensures that everyone, even players not interested in raiding, can feel welcome. Just ask our members!

So what kind of FC are you exactly?
Perhaps I can answer this question better by explaining what we aren't. These are the things that we can NOT offer to you:
- A massive FC with hundreds of members, with online numbers above the fifties: we prefer to keep ourselves small.
- Super-fast raid progress: we do not aim for server first kills, we'll get things done at our own pace, as we always have.
- An FC where everyone is a raider: this is simply not who we are, nor who we want to be.

Instead, we CAN offer you this:
- A warm community with active FC chat, ranging from the serious to the silly.
- Helpful members that will aid you as best as they can when you have questions or need assistance with anything.
- An environment where you can play the game in the way you want, whether that is crafting, levelling, or serious raiding.
- Dedicated crafters that can aid you.

Do you own a house?
Yes, we do!

We own a large house in Ul'dah, ward 2, plot 30. We hang around our house (and the nearby retainer bell) very often, so come say hi sometimes. :)

Thanks to the addition of personal rooms, FC members can buy their own room inside our FC house. When not in use for FC business, our gardens are also open to all the Wolves that would like to try their hand at gardening. Finally, the spoils of our airships' explorations are distributed to Free Company members on a weekly basis.

How and when do you raid?
Our (slightly more hardcore) players currently have a static raiding group in the FC. This group raids on Wednesdays and Sundays, between 7pm-10pm. We also organise optional raids on Mondays for this group, depending on whether or not people are available.

We also schedule casual raids open to all FC members every Thursday. These are primarily aimed towards helping our more casual players, so that they can get past certain milestones such as EX Primals or specific encounters with the help of our raiding members. You can however always ask for help in FC chat, we don't only help on Thursdays. :)

Nope. We do have regular raids but by no means are we a raiding focused Free Company - we are yet to clear T9.

Silver Wolves is still looking for more members to form a second raiding group. Be sure to check us out!

We're progressing nicely, but could still use some backup raiders to bolster our ranks!

I do apologise for using Kagney as the delivery method. I was desperate to find him a new home :p

We are currently trying to get another Final Coil group running! Currently open slots are:

• Warrior tank
• Healer (WHM preferred)
• Bard

If you have one of these classes and are interested, do not hesitate to contact one of our officers. However, please keep it mind that we are a social FC first and raiding takes a second place. Therefore we are NOT looking for people who just want to raid with us and nothing else but for people who also want to become a part of the Silver Wolves community in general.

I recently joined SW, and I can share my experience thus far:

Very friendly and helpful FC, and although raiding is not the top priority here, the raids are effective when they take place. So, if you want to be in a FC where you will find social and helpful (awesome) people, but also have raids with progress, this is the place for you!

Whew, it's been some time since we did this! But as it stands, we decided to introduce some "fresh blood" into our Free Company and so, after a long period of recruitment being closed, Silver Wolves are recruiting again.

Right now we are looking for a few more people to join our ranks. Both adventurers and crafters are welcome! We don't have any level requirements when joining (since that is something that is easy to remedy!), however we ask you to be active - our Free Company is relatively small and we intend to stay that way, and as such we need to make up for lower numbers with higher activity of our members. If you are a social person that plays regularly, though, you should fit right in!
