Is PSN down again?

Cant login. It says that its under maintenance.
Another attack o something else?

Sorry. I tried to login but it says it cant connect to the server due to a sony entertainment network maintenance.

Monday's maintenance that was supposed to happen had got postponed, perhaps this is it?

I was on early before work around 5 am. Sometimes I get that message too. What usually fixes it is rebooting my system/router. First light and TWD are coming today so I doubt it's down.

I noticed when I started my PS3 this morning, it had downloaded the latest PS3 system update. Perhaps that had something to do with it?

i have another ps4 buddy who literally just said "PSN IS DOWN AGAIN. ARRRGH"

Down again - appears to be another DDOS

EDIT - I got lucky and kept spamming until I just got in.

If it was the maintenance that was planned it would say so on the PSN Status Site.

That was last updated yesterday. According to their Twitter, there are issues. https://twitter.com/PlayStation

Wow I saw this just as I was about to sign out. Looks like I'm staying signed in.

Silly quesion- because of all the issues, I haven't logged out in 3 days. Is this gonna do any damage to my PS4? I have a fan on the system and it's cool. I just know nothing about consoles.

depends but probably not. these next gen consoles are really just computers at this point. as long as its staying cool, it should be ok.

I finally got on and I'm never logging out again! :D

I was able to login this morning at 8AM PST, and left myself logged in when I left for work, just in case something happened to PSN again.

No no psn is fine iv log in and out and have not had any probs that and i got ppl on my list playing D3 on ps4 with no probs ^^
