Airship pics

Not sure of anyone else seen this but under Grids adv guild is a airship docked.

Now all we need is some friendly dev to post some closer screenshots of the airship. Hint hint :D

YEP! casue its hard to get a good look of it lol, reminded me of the FF10 airship least the back

That's sweet, maybe they have more work done in 1.19 then we think, could mean for quicker release.

That's cool. But is that the finished texture? The balloons and whatever (blue things) don't look finished at all...

they look cheaper made than the FFXI ones D= at least for now...

They probably aren't finished coloring them in. I saw some pictures that were leaked by .dat miners (most of the models weren't colored in yet) and these look essentially the same.

I don't know if that's actually the intention, but now I can't unsee it.

Im sure it is, its the Garlond Ironworks (or however it is spelled) crest if anything; it just happens to be that Cid is the main guy for that group (and he has golden blonde hair and beard in the game so it makes sense @_@/)

these airships give me a FFIX feeling. I really liked the airships in that one :D

Yeah I've never felt the airship models have been completed.

I'm expecting that there will be both personal airships and larger ones. The personal airships will take you to the areas where the weird little airship stations currently exist, and then the larger ones will transport you to the other nations.

I'm also predicting that the boats between Ul'dah and Limsa will someday navigate into Coerthas and Mor'dhana.

Dude i did the cutscene to see cid, and He doesn't have a beard, grizzly 5 o'clock shadow, but beard no...that's insulting to people with beards, he doesn't even have a moustache, just grizzly 5 o'clock shadow.

thats pretty cool. was down there before and that was definitely not there.

Oddly enough, you can see the very same dock from the outside of the Adventurer's Guild, but still cannot see the ship from theres. Odd...
