Wanted: Bone-ified Armor!

Thinking about glamours today, and wanting a somewhat more tribal theme to my mage jobs, I realised there isnt much made of bone, but plenty of animals that (or could) drop bones.
Here some ideas:

Tank:

But sure sounds neat.

Only thing good about the "bone" armor in FFXI was the butt on female characters. >_>;

Bad idea OP, SE definitely didn't want any headaches when they have to rework all over the bone models for chinese version

If memory serves me correctly, China has a problem with human bones. Monster bones, as I'm sure these will be, shouldn't be a problem.

Figured the images for tank and dps arent any more scantily clad than normal chainmail or leather armor. It seemed from duty runs that many people who played magic types liked to wear the taffeta cloth armor (if you can call it that :P) which is fairly revealing too.
I'm all for having a character pleasing to the eye tho so maybe I'm biased ^.^;

Sounds like something from Monster Hunter! And that's not a bad thing :)

They have certainly a bone to pick with this one.

Sure, but make it like previous Bone Armor in SNES FF's; makes you undead and cures hurt you.

Maybe even bring bonecrafing over from XI.

Too much is already incorporated into GSM.

New crafting for the expansion, bring back bonecrafting :)

i had been thinking itd be a GSM thing but you're right - should be split for a new DoH :o and thus the need for even more bone stuff. if theres isnt a magicked bones minion yet well theres the chance.
