Has it been said how much personal housing will cost or a general idea of it?
We will find out in patch 2.38, I would guess.
Hopefully not as much as FC housing.
All my money! I need more gardening space!
im thinking more then private room but less the fc house what you guys think?
Could be wrong, but according to an interview. Yoshi said it'll be atleast 800k gil for the smallest patch of land.
Hm, Yoshi confirmed different sizes of land?
I hope there are not wards like FC housing, that will fill up SOOOO fast.
Im curious to know if it will be wards like FC housing with yards. I need more gardening space too :)
Well Private Chambers cost 300k, so w can say reasonably that it will be at least that much. A small plot in FC housing goes anywhere from 1.2 to like 800k?(not sure on exact but around there)
I guess it really depends on the size I highly doubt they would make it cost as much as FC housing, but they're also not going to make it cheap.
my guess if they do sized personal housing.
varying a few hundred thousand
500k -Small
2.7m - Medium
8.3m - Large
It will be higher. The personal housing is meant to last a long time and will not be a low price. I wouldn't be surprised if the cost is closer to FC house or a little less. 1.5M for a small, 10 to 15M for a medium and 40M+ for a large. There are some players that have made a lot on crafting, selling primals, gardening, rare mats from retains, spirit binding. Given SE uses FC housing and private rooms to pull gil back out of the game to keep the market in check, you can expect high prices on personal housing. In other words, start saving your gil now if you want a personal house when they come out. I have been saving for months.
Why do people assume that it will be Small, Medium, Large?
Why not just one size (personal) with many customization options?
Price of 3 million.
Done.
Why would anyone bother to buy the land, build and furnish the estate just so you can be kicked out of your own home every time you log off?
