Any RP?

Im struggling to find any RP that isn't on the NA servers and was wondering if anyone knew of any going on the EU servers?

I was about to do my "Balmung is over there..." comment. Not on NA servers... hmm, THAT I don't know.

(I see RP by the hour if not by the minute on the server and that is just the people that /say /emote their rp)

haha IKR. Plus, I had "on my server..." in my original comment before I saw the EU bit. -1 for inability to read full sentences for me. XDD

Balmung is honestly pretty friendly to rp, I've played other MMOs where people were made fun of- I think I saw it once.. sort of.. pretty sure the person that made fun of them got 1000 tonzo striked by a bunch of players. So yeah, Its pretty RP friendly and active.

I don't really rp myself though... unless jumping on the table between two players having a crazy "drunk" fight in the Buscarrons bar (south shroud) and then doing the manderville in my shorts counts.. I dance only like a manderville man can dance!

Is it the playtimes you're worried about or just NA Server allergies? I would think Balmung has enough people from all over to help with the first... the second though, can't do much about that. :/

My alt is in a FC on Balmung that has mostly non-rpers. There is sometimes much wailing and gnashing of teeth over the abundance of rp on the server. XD

btw, +1 for being a dancing Highlander. <3

My play time usually only between 8.30-11pm UK time and when I was on Balmung I didn't see many people and it also seems most stuff happens when im in bed :P why has no one started rp on the EU servers :(

That's something that I take issue with. Why do people stay on Balmung knowing full well that RP happens everywhere? Is it so hard to server transfer or start a new character on a different server? Seems silly.

As for the EU-server RP... is there even such a thing? You might wanna ask on the EU server forums. They'd probably know better than we would.

I remember back in Beta days people were talking about making Behemoth an NA RP server, but I've seen nothing of the sort. Shame, if I didn't have such attachments I'd try to transfer to Balmung for that reason alone.

I RP in both english and french languages on Ragnarok. I know there are french linkshells and free companies but I can't say for english part. Maybe You should ask it on Ragnarok EN forum if someone can help you to find people.

My guess: You can't take all your gil with you; friends are there and don't want to move (or would go to a different server); stubbornness. I think open world rp adds SO much and love it... but I guess if someone sees it as stupid chat clutter, a server merge with a rp server would come as an unpleasant surprise... or something. :/

Yes there is a EU server with a friendly RP community.

I have 2 RP LS with lot's of people in them, we do rp events, casual rp, some only do rp, heck we even have a dedicated erp LS.

Can't complain.
