Suggestion for FSH Off-Hand Item

So I have been thinking about this since they removed fishers off-hand item...

Why not give Fisher a 'Tackle Box' Off-Hand item?

It could add a 'separate' inventory (which the bait UI could be used since it's already implemented) that can store fishing tackle. Depending on level it could add increased storage space. Adding additional stats could be optional, however I think most fishers would appreciate this due to the huge number of inventory slots bait takes up at level 50 for us more enthusiastic fishers...

Thoughts?

EDIT: I'm sure this has been mentioned in some way shape or form but I figured posting it as an Off-Hand in title might garner some attention from devs possibly.

I think a perfect off hand item for Fisher would be a fishing net.

back in 1.0 they had a harpoon for spearfishing

Devs have changed their mind before due to player desire, also the only response is in the French forums ... I 'd call that not well announced. Carry on the riot! XD

Although I'd like to see Fisher get a net or spear so perhaps the tackle box can just be an item (bag) in inventory or directly related as an ability in fisher, but thats me choosing the cake materials, look, and then eating it all by myself... lol

I don't care if the devs said no yesterday. Still need it and everyone will spam this forum with tackle box threads until we get it.

I wish they just kept spearfishing from 1.xx (offhand tool). I think the reason they are determined not to add a secondary tool for FSH is because they want to keep that class as simple as possible. Back when they first announced that FSH would see major changes in ARR, they kept mentioning how simple the class would be to use and how it's a class meant to sit back and enjoy playing with. I guess they want to stick to that concept for FSH.

Now...In my opinion, FSH is way too simplified and some added depth of complexity would be something I would welcome with open arms.

Why not something like a shotgun? Just go to a secondary fishing hole, point your blunderbuss at the water, and blast away.
