Edit: By 4 chests, I mean 4 from the last boss.

We collect all 6 on the way (for a total of 10)

Double Edit:

We have done this with mele on multiple runs, it works just fine. There is simply more involved.

Nice work on clearing it all with 20 minutes left! And I agree, it's very nice to see someone who is actually being helpful. It's a rare thing around here lol. I hope the deevas don't come out and jump on your for having ARC and CON in your party, or for any other odd reason that tickles their fancy :D

You guys missed a chest in the drake room. I have a feeling that spawns the 5th chest on Batraal. But huge grats on 4 chests :D

We full cleared everything, doesn't give extra chest... we've killed boss with 30 mins left, still looking for the bow/sword chest. We have a few ideas left, but won't be trying them until later today probably.

it is part of the dungeon after all, and thats my definition of a "full clear"

I think maybe my wording is wrong, I meant to say full run? I use "clear" like "complete" I suppose?

I wouldn't worry about it, they would have found something else to try to drag you down with. I mean, I'm guessing you are all R50 so there is absolutely no reason to bother trying to kill everything when you don't even get exp for them. I think its cool. Not a lot of people are going out of their way to show strategies on how they did it.

i dont know how id word it, but usualy "full" refers to doing everything in the dungeon including all the mobs

perhaps call it a speed run? since thats pretty much what you did

There is no point in clearing mobs if you are not ranking up, I dont see the issue, if SE didn't want people to use the circles to despawn mobs then they wouldn't have added that feature.

a full clear is going in and killing your way to all the chests/bosses without skipping mobs
you really cant count the random mob down a hall that makes no sense cuz theres nothing in the hall lol

What makes no sense is killing mobs that dont need to be killed regardless of their placement, SE designed it to work that way.

I have to ask, since I havent had a chance to really test it out, but whats the point in going to the frist side room? I dont remember there being a chest, does that somehow impact the number of final chests?

There is a very simple answer for this, because it isnt a 50 only dungeon, this dungeon can also be used to rank up in, having mobs in the dungeon allows this.

PS: Sorry Mog for the arguments, I think what you are doing is great and dont let anyone take that away from you with their idea of what is worthy of praise.

Anyone who bashes something because they cant do it better is pretty much considered a troll in the forums. Hopefully people who are having a hard time can actually use our videos to get through the raids and then add there own touches. Either way tonight Mog, myself and the rest of our group have ideas and plans to try and attain the 5th chest so im sure mog will be posting more soon.

no, im not mad at that, i personaly am not even trying to clear the dungeon at all yet
if anything im a bit peeved that EVERY group wants to only zerg past every mob ive ever seen forming(im done pugging it for now, was my fault for trying to pug it to begin with lol)

but it seems that no one wants to actualy kill mobs in the dungeons...and thats a bit disturbing in itself

I assume the monsters would have been intended to have been killed IF the blue teleporters that REMOVE them all weren't there.

I am sure you can agree with that.

Well, doing something time-consuming, only to find out later that it is a big waste of time can be a tad off-putting. You may be right.

There are still a few things I'm thinking of trying with regard to killing the mobs, but it's looking like the majority of the mobs in the dungeon have no influence if you kill em or not.
