General Recruitment:
Looking for a WAR, a BRD, and a melee (DRG/MNK) for a group on t9!
We here in <MOD> know that there is a substantial number of players out there that may currently lack gear, or have not killed certain encounters, but still really enjoy the game and want to be a part of a high level endgame experience. We hope to give a number of these players the opportunity to join not just our guild--but our community.
We are looking for to add another half dozen players to our guild. To be more specific, potential new members should be active, (no only on for Tuesday’s raid people,) fun to play with, willing to learn and listen, and most importantly should really enjoy XIV and plan on sticking around for the foreseeable future. We do not care how geared applicants are, or how many coil bosses they have downed. The only strict requirements are players need to have mumble with a working headset, (including a push to talk key!) and to have clear expectations when joining.
What should you expect before joining? We will not likely have a raid spot for you the moment you join. Potential applicants should be aware that our raid times are 8:00pm – 12:00am EST, M-Th. Every group raids at a little bit different times, but they will be pretty close to these. We expect applicants to vary quite a bit in terms of character development. We plan on creating groups from the pool of new players and guiding them as they progress. This process may take time, but we are confident that we can help raise up rock solid groups with the help of dedicated recruits. You can expect members to be helpful and happy so share any information/tips/strats. All things within reason. Additionally, members that prove themselves may be considered for spots in our hardcore groups when available.
To apply, register at modifiedfc.com and fill out the brief application on the General Application forum. An officer will get in touch with you and conduct a brief interview to try to get a feel if you will fit well with our community. The first few weeks will be a trial period, after which senior members of the guild help decide if you will be accepted.
Bottom line, we are looking for more good people to join our community.

What we expect from general applicants:
- Be able to stomach constructive criticism
- Be a PC player that uses a Mouse & Keyboard
- Use Mumble with a headset and push to talk
- Be fun to play with
- Be active in game and community
What we expect from hardcore applicants:
All of the above plus:
- Make all of our raid times
- Cleared all Second Coil turns, preferably 5+ times
- Be i105+

- A structured FC and raid environment
- Play beyond raid times
- Community, and hanging out in Mumble
