South of Heaven <SoH> Recruiting

<SoH> is a small, close-knit chapter of a larger, 9-year-old guild (http://www.sohguild.com/). We're looking for a PLD and a MNK or BRD for our raid team, which is working on T10). We run 4 hrs/week, Tues & Thurs 9:30-11:30pm EST, with a bonus non-Coil night on Sunday. Casual players of all levels are very welcome!

About us:
- The FFXIV chapter of South of Heaven was founded in the aftermath of SoH's highly competitive and hardcore, US 51st 25-man WoW chapter. The goal of this chapter is to be stress-relieving rather than stress-generating. We don't play for server or world ranks; we play to see content and have fun!
- South of Heaven has active chapters in GW2 and ArcheAge as well, and most of our members have participated in multiple chapters over the years. When you join SoH, you're not joining a guild tied to a particular title, but a group of friends who happen to game together.
- We're an 18+ guild, and our members are boys, girls, gay, straight, conservative, liberal, and come in all colors. If this is a problem for you, then we're probably not right for each other.

Does Ashe play? I think that was his name in WoW. Death Knight.

Our DKs in WoW were Loricks and Mortalityx. The closest name is Ashin, but he was a warlock. Not sure if we're thinking of the same guild! ^^

Ashin was who I was thinking of.

Oh, okay! Ashin isn't active in FFXIV anymore. He's been hanging out in our Wildstar chapter the past couple months.

Ahh, I remember apply for SoH WoW way back when, and ended up backing out last minute to play with friends. He was crazy nice though.

Oh, I see. I was asking him, and he remembers your name but couldn't think how he knew you. But, yeah, he's a great guy. He's like our guild dad! ^^

Hello, I'm currently an iLvl 91 WHM looking for a SCOB static group. Your schedule works for me and you guys seem to have some good morals. If you're still in need of a WHM I'd definatly be interested in joining!

Our raid team is no longer looking for members, but we'd love to have new social members and casual players -- or raiders interested in forming a new static!

And we're working on T9 P3 and looking for raiders again! Prefer BRD or SMN, but a BLM will do in a pinch. :)

How's 3 hours of raiding working for you guys, it seems low compared to other groups.

Hello! We are still looking, but our situation is a little complicated. We can make a Mumble date if you'd like to discuss!

We like the 3-hour schedule a lot! Our outlook is hardcore on performance but softcore on time. This is explained in the chapter policy post on our website, but the tl;dr version is that a bunch of us got burnt out from the hardcore raiding scene in WoW and came over to FFXIV to raid for fun rather than for rankings. Our schedule is meant not to get in the way of the members' personal lives. :)

Working on T9 P4 and looking for a WHM! Also have a new static just entering SCoB that's looking for a BLM with offspec heals. :3

Looking for a PLD now! Will it ever end??

I'm a ps4 player looking for a FC that will be ok with the fact that I'm a college student with 2 jobs so my plat would be limited. Do you all have any ps4 members? I like what I've seen on the forum about your group so far

That's fine! To clarify, are you asking after a raid team spot or a social membership? We do have a few PS4 players, but they're social/casual members. We certainly don't discriminate against PS4 players. :)
