Random Timers for Hunts

Currently, hunts are already timed well by server-wide online spreadsheets and people can predict when they would spawn accurately. It's just a matter of waiting for the countdown to run out and going to that area. It's easy to find the mark if you know they should be there.

It's a ridiculous way of "hunting" as I see it. Make it so that timers are randomized for each spawn so people actually spread to all areas to look for marks and not just flock to the ones wherein the spawn timers are up.

I like this idea. Not much of a hunt when 100 players all know when and where each and every NM will be. I used to hate the Radar cheating, but at this point it's getting to so easy, you don't need Radar. Hunts... should actually require some uh... hunting.

1.put a weekly cap on allied seals
2.reduce or just eliminate the amount of myth/sol u get from hunts
3.add A.seals to daily roulette
4.problem solved everyones a winner

ps whoever had the bright idea at SE to implement a 24/7 grind to get ilvl110 armor but have a weekly lockout on ilvl100 armor (syrcus tower) is a idiot and should be fired then hired by ea sports

Honestly, at this point, it doesn't matter. Those that used the TOD spreadsheets have already farmed thousands of seals. Nerfing the hunts in any way now would only serve to further handicap those that did it "legit", making it harder for them to acquire seals.

I support this idea though for future patches when there is some new currency placed in hunts. I say instead of the 3.5-4 hour respawn window for A rank and 45 min-1 hr for B rank, make it 2-6 hours for A and 30min - 2 hours for B. Also, instead of having a fixed number of spawn points, make it totally random so that the mark can spawn anywhere on the map.

Random timers do not help since they wouldn't vary enough for people not to know when to camp anyway. Unless we add +/- 6 hours to each B spawn, at which point it is even more important to follow spreadsheets because you'll never run into such a rare spawn by chance. (And people would just spread out in FCs and camp for those hours making the game even more boring)

All i100 armor that isn't accessories is behind a lockout. THat i110 gear you're talking about is enhanced i100 gear that is locked behind Soldiery Tomes. There's a bit of a flood atm since people are upgrading 3 months worth of soldiery purchases but they'll run out of gear to upgrade soon enough and be waiting on their weekly soldiery reset to make use of any oils/sands they farm with Allied Seals.

3 months seems like a lot of armor that needs upgrading compared to one a week from tower that cant be upgraded

If you aren't doing Coil you'll have 1 full set of soldiery gear and a few prices for an alt class depending on which peices you bought and if you dropped 3 weeks of tomes on a weapon or not. You'll still be waiting on soldiery lockout to keep equipping alt classes.

That's the whole point of hunt isn't it? People should spread out to look for marks that spawn in random places/times and not just follow a highly organized timer. For instance, rank As die as soon as their 4h timer is up. You don't even need any form of "radar" to farm them effectively. Just look at the spawn timer and run around the area when 4 hours are done.
