Patch 2.35 delayed?

hi there,

I was wondering if the patch 2.35 got delayed since their initial plan was for it to be out 1 month after 2.3( or was i dreaming?).

In that regards, i was surprised we didnt get any comment on it during the live letter this week. Usually we have this wonderful slideshow telling us what cool stuff we have in those small patch but nothing this time.

Some important issues must have appeared i guess ( some tweaks to hunts?)

What do you think?

It's not even august yet. How would anyone know

Didn't 2.3 release 1 week ago? Mid-late August is when it should be

For your information, we knew what would be present in the patch 2.28 during the live letter two weeks before it actually came out.

Remember the time between LL and patch was supposed to have been 1 week, not the 2 weeks that actually happened.

As long as 2.4 is still expected to be mid-September.

With 2.3 just released in July, not going to happen... 2.38 should be by then though.
2.4 probably after the vegas and london fanfests.

Mid-September would be 2 months after 2.3, you're probably meaning mid-October.

Feels longer but it hasn't been a month since 2.3, expect a delay as always anyway. Probably around late August on the last week to coincide with the 1 year anniversary, a week before that if you want to be optimistic.

I hope personal housing launches.

3.38????? You are already thinking abut next year's patches?

Have to keep in mind that they had to delay some features in Patch 2.25 for 2 months. So that's part of the reason why we received it sooner. Expecting 2.35 to be full featured and probably arrive in mid to late august.

Is this confirmed?

I don't believe that they gave even an estimated release date for 2.35---people are just basing their guesses on past patch dates.

In the absence of an official estimated release date, what basis do you have for claiming that it is delayed?

the best guess is the 2.35 after the gamecon... not before.

With 2.35 we would see a lot of chocobos in rainbow colors ^^
Maybe also pink

There is zero possible way you could even remotely think it's delayed at this point. There has been nothing that could give you that impression.

i want to know date too, think my FC move date is going to be delayed til then... due to one person's chocobobeing in stable...this shouldve been patched over naul 2 weeks in a row... lol maybe before 2.35? that'd be nice, its not like choco stable costs the members anything like the personal room, so i should be able to remove them at this point, or it should auto kick choco after a week..

My guess is it will land whenever the summer event is going to start.

I'll tell you the same thing I told my FC Leader...if a move was in the cards you shouldn't have let anyone buy a room or stable a chocobo. My FC leader cost the FC collectively over 7 mil in gil just in room fees (nevermind furniture) by saying before the patch that if we didn't upgrade homes by the patch we'd be staying put...encouraging people to buy rooms and stable birds...and then a week after the patch stating we're pursuing a mansion.. plus we have two people with rooms that are now AWOL.. We're still 9 mil short...that 7 mil would be nice to have lol It was made clear before 2.3 dropped that a home cannot be demolished with an open room or stabled chocobo and that you cannot remove members with rooms or stabled birds.

Summer event music and items are already in the game as of patch 2.3.

My guess is that it will be either the same week as gamescom, or the week after gamescom.

I want my hug and slap emotes already!

i have a small fc and we really only started building/recruiting right before/after patch, had no idea about the issues it would cause with moving or i obviously wouldve told ppl to not stable before going awol...but thank you for your uninformative/unhelpful post lol just hoping we get a date on this or we can collectively create a big enough fuss that it takes priority over making sure someones hunt mark isnt the same 2 weeks in a row, when they encourage every player to run like 1000 hunts a week, i dont think the one matters...
