grinding, and there are tons of new spots to do it
It's obvious I have to grind....any good places? Should I do it solo? in a party?
there is tons of new spots to grind? Only new spots are the 2 dungeons.
ah ok. new mobs. Thought I was missing something with new areas. :)
Is there a list of camps posted anywhere for players who are only on ff14 sporadically? There's a spot in The Immortal Flames with my name on it and my rank 21 Pugilist would love to know the best spot to attain that rank :)
for a 21....id say nanawa mines, group up on the puks(you coulda done this before) and at 25 you can start on the dungeon
Yep coblyns maybe if solo, but you should try to PT and do puks and bombs in nanawa
FOr those wondering this is my plan for post 20s
20-25 puks
25-30 dungeon
30-44 amalja camps
44-50 raptors
works pretty well
Dungeons aren't that good in the greater scheme of things, considering you have to travel back and forth and stuff. But seals are delicious.
Grind parties are still the better, a light party probably the overall best, given the level barriers.
theres no extra trvaeling back and forth if you are staying there and just re-entering over and over
and you get other stuff done in between doin them, its just an extra option
note: my lowest class is 35, so i obviously am not following my guidelines, but its what i would be doing if i wasnt already higher
They redid tons of new enemy placements so almost all of then are untested and thus in the "grey" area.
Not to mention with every new side-quest, certain areas are flooded with "slightly modified" monsters as well.
Walking through black shoud I go wtf, when did this become a goblin camp...but it did.
