Hidden Maps

Are hidden maps obtainable from ANY map?

I have seen people saying Boardskin and Pestiskin but what about Toadskin, Goatskin, Leather?

I've gotten two from toadskin maps.

Got from boarskin, can't imagine goat or leather will have it since their lower level and the hidden map is 50

I have run 12 unhidden maps so far. I have attained them from Leather, Goat, Toad and Boar. I have run five unique bosses so far and I'm not sure if more exist. The treasure chest fight has paid the best so far with 50,000 gil and a ton of loot! No minion yet...

Yeah I had the mimic chest one, yielded so many drops, polar lens the lot

Does anyone got them from Peisteskin Maps? Because the patch-note say so.

Yeah, two of my LS mates got it from a Peist.

Found 3 so far. Only rare mat was polarized glass each time.

Roughly what's the ratio to find a hidden map? I've been running with some friends and we haven't seen even 1 yet across peiste, boar, and toadskin types.

I've gotten 1 from around 6 Peiste and 1 from around 5 Toad/Boar maps (total). Seems like they're around a 20% chance on that, but I'm fairly certain it's lower and that it was just luck.

Homey in my FC got one from either leather or goatskin, I have seen them from piesteskin, boarskin and toadskin, so it appears they can come from any map besides alexandrite ones.
