Militia in the black shroud...

Ok, has anyone run into this yet, there are NPCs that are popping up in the black shroud. You can sign up and fight off imperil forces. At the end a treasure chest pops.
Anyway, I just ran into that, has anyone run into this yet? I don’t know if it’s popping up in any other zones.

Holy crap, I just ran it again...

Tons of empire forces, oh my goodness.

So far the place I have found it is at (37, 48) in the black shroud.

Seems to be on a timer... When I say a ton of forces, I'm talking about waves of empire forces.

I died a few times... and I haven't figured out the rewards yet, very interesting. :)

The event cycles between the 3 R20 camps from my understanding. The reward is deaspected crystals.

Yep, just saw them a few minutes ago while doing a leve.
The imperials are where between 20-25r, they wont attack you nor can you attack them if you don't sign up.

And I counted around 20 mobs/Imperials running and another 20 on-site.

Thanks, and yes I hope it escalates. All I can say is that I enjoyed my time, and was surprised by how many waves of mobs their were. I hope everyone gets a chance to get on this action, and hopefully when the claim system is updated, it will be easier for everyone to help. :)
