So... About The Hunt.

how in the world do we get Oil of Time and Sands of Time?

Oil drops from t7 sands drop from t8 and both drop on t9 :D

alternatively for lazy people or casuals... can spent 500 allied seals for oil or 750 allied seals for sand.

lastly, oil drops from last boss in ct approximately 30% drop rate.

but how can i spend my allied seals for these items? the NPC has none of those items. i don't get this one bit. what am i missing?

near the huntboard ,ther is a npc that sells that

Hunt Billmaster correct? he doesn't have the items. do i need to do something to unlock the items? i don't understand. i've already done a quest. and hunted some marks. so already have some seals. not enough i know. but i want to know where to actually find these items. because the NPC doesn't show them.

what option are u choosing? , is the 1 one Allied seals (insert your GC here !) , last tab :P

no option or tab shows either Oil of Time or Sands of Time. the NPC simply does not have the items anywhere in any window. i just want to know how and where i spend Allied Seals for these items. :(

Curious knicknacks section of npc in mor dhona, you can trade her items you bought from from allied seals. 2x bloody log for oil, 3x for sand.

I'll put you out of your misery here, you don't buy sands and oils directly. You buy logs to trade for sand and oils.

my bad sorry for confusing u blacknbluberry D: ,yeah blowfin and rualus are right, u buy the items (blood spatered mark log) on that npc near hunter board and exchange it to the npc on mor dhona for the items ^^;

AH HA! there they are. lols thank you so very much. damn Squeenix likes to make rocket science out of every thing. for some reason they can't just give players the full details of things. WOAH! it's going to take 2~3monthes to upgrade just one piece of gear T_T

Se has been always like that ._. , why dont sell the oil /sand directly? thats easy ...better add another item that is only used to exchange that other items.

relic quest is a good example >.>

Also NMs can drop Blood Spattered Mark Log after kills. I got 3 of them today. Though, I think only A or higher can drop them. No one I did NMs with got any on B's only A's and no idea how to spawn S.

hello everyone... again :D

how do we know the rank of our mark? i see on the bill a silver medal. i am going to guess this means it is Rank A. correct? i don't see anything else on the bill that would indicate a rank. so i would imagine bronze for Rank B. and gold for Rank S.

Nope. You just have to ask the hunter scholars and note down All the names

Edit : they're near the Aetherythes in each map
